i just stopped answering his texts about needing space. honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

honestly just keep it stupid simple. military life is stressful enough without trying to figure out a ten, step routine. i stick to ceraface cleanser, moisturizer, and spf 50. thats it. if my skin looks trash i just sleep it off. stop overthinking it. complicated routines are a trap. consistency beats intensity every time. just wash your face and slather on sunscreen. really.

im literally shaking right now. took two tylenol and chugged electrolytes then kept typing. dont feel like a hero just too scared to miss paychecks. if you can work from home try but do not push through fever over 102. my bones hurt so bad

Arey oye, change those socks daily beta! In India we say if you dont wash gym clothes separately, bacteria stays. Also maybe he needs better deodorant or shower more. Dont just complain, tell him directly to sort his hygiene. If he smells bad after one day, it is his problem not yours. Make him take responsibility for his own cleanliness. Simple as that.

Oye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. Ngl, If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

fr i’m exhausted. i used to do everything for everyone n now i just say no. like really just no. people get mad but i dont care anymore. my peace is expensive. i stopped answering my phone after 8pm n people think im rude but nah im just protecting my energy. if u ask me again im ghosting.

u r not alone honestly. i feel it too. sometimes i just rest and eat something good like pizza or tacos. other times i go for a walk cuz sitting makes my back hurt worse. my tias say its all in ur head but nah its real. im trying yoga on youtube but even that is hard some days. just take it easy on yoursef.

Same situation here man. Ngl, My husband acts like the kids are not his. I am exhausted holding everything down while he just sits there. My mom and sisters literally had to step in to help with the little ones otherwise I would have collapsed. It drives me crazy that I have to do everything. Just venting cause I have no energy left for this nonsense. Need a break badly.

honestly yeah. im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

Honestly I just stopped apologizing. I swear, My husband thinks I’m mad sometimes but I’m not. Just tired. Or bored. It’s okay. We cuddle instead. Or watch TV. I don’t force it. If I want to, it happens. If not, we sleep. My body isn’t a public service. Try that. It works for us. At least the guilt is gone for me.
