Quote from leafcounter on February 9, 2025, 2:59 amyeah it sucks. Omg, half the guys my age act like theyre twelve. im tired of explaining why i dont wanna get drunk every thursday night. plus as a mixed girl i just want someone who gets my family dynamics without me having to translate everything. dating apps feel like work now. im just sitting home eating pizza most nights tbh. takes less energy and hurts less.

Quote from Farmgirl1986 on October 31, 2025, 5:14 amHonestly that’s just rude. My husband says the same sometimes bc my mom was a different era. I just tell him to stop comparing. I cook what tastes good to me now. Sometimes it’s simpler. If he doesn’t like it he can make it himself. Seriously don’t let it get to you.

Quote from Marilyn1976 on July 22, 2025, 11:59 pmgirl same. i just take those little plastic containers from the pharmacy and throw them in my purse. dont overthink it. some days i leave three pills on the kitchen counter for later. if you forget one dose whatevs. life goes on. my doc told me it more important i keep taking them regularly than track every single one perfectly. less stress is better for you honestly.

Quote from VioletDream on March 28, 2026, 12:20 amSachi kaho, I had a guy like that too. He said sweet things but never showed up. I waited once, twice, then just left. Actions are truth, words are just air. If he wanted to be with you, he would make space, not excuses. Don t waste your time waiting for him to change. Pack your bags mentally and see what you want for yourself. Trust your gut, sister.

Quote from ashley1976 on October 12, 2025, 5:55 pmbro same. im always wiped after the gym. i finally started bringing a banana and eating it right after. also just realized i drink like 50oz of water before going. if i dont drink enough beforehand im dehydrated and crashing hard afterward. feels like junk after a run even if its light. just started napping for 20 mins immediately after changing out. helps a lot. dont overthink it too much honestly.

Quote from Happymoon1972 on June 3, 2025, 2:18 amhonestly for me its the post workout crash after eating. I swear, i used to skip snacks right after gym and then nap for 3 hours. now i force myself to eat protein within 30 mins of finishing. also make sure ur drinking water not just during but after too. dehydration hits different when u sweat that much. try eating something small immediately and see if it helps u feel less wiped out the next day.

Quote from Leatherpasture on June 19, 2025, 2:14 amyeah honestly same here. i used to feel like my heart was gonna explode after just walking up stairs, let alone running. now i do 5ks weekly but still pant like a crazy person. i just stop, drink water, and wait it out. its not pretty but you get used to the feeling. dont push too hard at first. maybe try walking intervals if running feels too much.

Quote from Loombramble on April 5, 2026, 8:30 amAura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

Quote from sparkring on February 5, 2025, 10:13 pmLook I stopped trying to be spiritual all the time. Lol, It felt like work. Now I just drink water and walk outside. If I need to reset I sit quietly for five mins. No chanting no crystals. Just breathing. My peace comes from boundaries not rituals. Keep it simple. Rest when tired. Ignore the pressure to be enlightened. You dont owe anyone your energy.
