If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photographs where helpful. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days. The 30-day window is unconditional for eligible goods; opened cosmetics and personal-care products are excluded for hygiene reasons unless defective on arrival.
