Quote from Anna1992 on May 3, 2026, 11:34 amArey oye, change those socks daily beta! In India we say if you dont wash gym clothes separately, bacteria stays. Also maybe he needs better deodorant or shower more. Dont just complain, tell him directly to sort his hygiene. If he smells bad after one day, it is his problem not yours. Make him take responsibility for his own cleanliness. Simple as that.

Quote from madison1974 on September 27, 2025, 5:35 amAura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

Quote from Heather2001 on May 4, 2025, 5:28 amYeah it is exhausting. I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.

Quote from rillring on July 8, 2025, 8:30 ami just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

Quote from Silvergoodbye on June 4, 2026, 9:51 pmArre listen, coding means sitting like statue. That is why gas stuck. I also face same problem when I work on laptop for hours. First thing, drink hot water with lemon every morning. And eat more salad, no plain rice only. Walk for 10 mins every 2 hours. My husband also suffer from this. He started doing yoga stretch in evening. It helps very much. Try it.

Quote from Marilyn1969 on February 5, 2025, 4:12 pmHonestly sounds like you are just burnt out. My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

Quote from Threadcount on May 28, 2025, 5:25 pmOh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

Quote from Archloom on December 4, 2025, 11:14 amok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. For real, growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.
