i totally get it honestly. sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

I quit last year. Ngl, Joined in Jan, went 3 times. Gifted my card to my mom who also doesn't go. Now I just walk the dog aggressively around the block. My calves aren't toned but my bank account is thicker. If you're paying monthly just to sweat guilt, stop. The money feels better than leg day ever did.

uhh hello? im 34 and already feel like i have cancer lol. trying to walk up 3 flights of stairs without wheezing is my new sport. yall made it to 60? that 40 plus years of suffering. respect but also like holy hell. im gonna just take my mid 30s nap now.

I had to stop signing up for team sports where everyone relies on me to show up. Now I just go run by myself before work. If people dont wanna meet me outside, they can wait in the car or stay home. My workout is my workout. I dont have time or energy to babysit grown adults through their fitness journeys. It is exhausting and pointless. I focus on my pace and my goals only. Boundaries helped more than any new routine ever did.

i just switched to a basic pharmacy brand cleanser and one moisturizer. spend the rest of my budget on sunscreen. honestly my skin looks better when i stop overthinking it. the fancy serums were just making me break out from all the actives. keep it simple till it clears up. less is literally more. nobody needs eleven steps.

same here i workout 4x a week but still crash by 7pm. realized it was just poor sleep hygiene and too much screen time before bed. started doing 15 min yoga after dinner and putting phone away earlier. helps a bit but honestly im just tired from coding all day. maybe im just burnt out.

Not weird at all. Ngl, I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

i stopped watching the sugar content in my water. honestly at this point i just drink tap water with lemon or plain seltzer. i am doing statins anyway so my diet is whatever doesnt make me late for work. dont stress it. the cholesterol meds are cheap and effective. just take them and move on with your day.

oh man that sounds awful. i get terrible plantar fasciitis every winter. honestly just rolling a frozen water bottle under my arch for like 10 mins in the morning helps so much. also wear compression socks all day long. i used to ignore it till i couldn't walk straight too. just keep resting your feet when you can. hope you feel better soon

yeah it is real. i always pack a couple hard boiled eggs and a banana in my gym bag right now. keeps the crazy cravings at bay until i get home. trying to wait 30 mins before eating but sometimes you just gotta eat. drinking a big glass of water first helps too. good luck
