yeah same. just moved to oklahoma last month and i am dead on my feet. unpacking feels impossible and the baby wont stop crying. i drink three coffees a day still cant keep my eyes open. feeling super gross lately too. hope this passes but right now im just exhausted. sending hugs to anyone else who feels like they ran a marathon just to get through the day.

lol same. i literally had to drag myself outta bed bc my phone was nagging me. felt like violence tbh. ended up just walking around the block once and calling it done. some days the body just says no and i respect that. guilt is real but so is exhaustion. im definitely restin instead of forcing it today. hope ur ok tho.

Yeah it is exhausting. I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.

same here. just moved again so my endo is whatever. labs say im fine but i feel like crap. i just drink tonns of water and try to nap whenever the kids are down. its a mess. dont let the dr dismiss you if u still feel wrecked push back. i took coq10 last week and felt slightly less dead. good luck

ugh seriously my husband did the exact same thing last week after we moved to germany. i told him to take a hike because his mum lives three time zones away and i am not her. i cook what i want what happens and if he doesnt like it he can figure it out himself. honestly the constant moving makes me too tired to stress over replicating some random meal his brain is fixated on anyway. just keep doing you.

i just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

honestly i just chuckle and say no thanks. i need a solid block of quiet to actually decompress. five minutes feels like a blink. sometimes he wants to talk though so i just say lets talk over dinner later. i force a little boundary without making it huge. my brain still feels foggy from grading so i really need that space. just be upfront about needing downtime.

fr same. i switched to just cerave cleanser and moisturizer only. stopped using all the fancy serums my tita kept telling me to buy. it took like a month to calm down but finally stopped burning my face. sometimes less is more honestly. also try changing your pillowcase every other day cause all that acne bacteria builds up.

we just do what works for us and dont mess with it anymore. Honestly, tried all that fancy stuff years ago and it felt like work. now its just comfortable and safe. if he wants to try something new tell him to go talk to his buddies about it or hit the garage alone. im not playing around in the bedroom just to tick a box for him.

it is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?
