Quote from Boldseed on December 30, 2020, 6:28 pmHoney i think you just got too much on your feet all at once. Lol, My back kills me after even ten minutes on the sidewalk now. I stretch like crazy when i get home and then just lie down with a heating pad on my lower back. Make sure your dog isn pulling you off balance too. Rest up.

Quote from Helen1989 on June 19, 2020, 11:21 ami feel that. moving every few years makes it hard to stick with a routine or find good spots. ive been lifting heavy and just focusing on strength instead of the scale number. the scale goes up bc muscle weighs more but i look leaner and feel stronger. honestly ignoring the number is the only thing that helps me not hate the gym. just keep showing up.

Quote from organza on April 19, 2020, 2:48 pmI stopped swiping after two years because my thumb hurt more than my heart. Just dumped the apps last month. Started going to the feed store and talking to guys who buy grain. Met a nice fella last week, slow and steady. You dont need the dopamine hit. Real life is slower but better. Go touch grass instead.

Quote from Tiffany1987 on December 4, 2021, 9:23 pmsame. its like my brain just turns on at exactly 3. i lay there staring at the ceiling wondering why i sent that text 3 years ago. tried reading, tried meditation, nothing works. now i just accept it and listen to true crime podcasts until i pass out again. honestly tired of being tired but cant turn the thoughts off. ugh.

Quote from Kind1994 on January 27, 2021, 4:16 amHoney pull up a chair and listen close. I packed my good china and moved to the guest room. He can have his space. I used that time to read my bible and drink iced tea on the porch. If he wants me back he better come ask for it with a clean heart. I ain't waiting around all night anymore.

Quote from Pollenseal on February 14, 2021, 6:55 pmomg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.

Quote from RimecurtaIN on April 23, 2021, 7:56 amYeah honestly happens more than u think. Im tired all the time from work and school so sometimes i just pass out. Not gonna lie it feels weird at first but my partner doesnt mind. Just make sure he knows u rnt tryna be rude tho. Maybe try switching it up for an night or just tell him ur exhausted. No big deal really happens to everyone

Quote from Irongrind on November 1, 2021, 1:07 ami totally get it honestly. I swear, sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

Quote from Sophia1980 on July 28, 2021, 4:40 pmI just throw a load of laundry in and call it a day. My husband complains but he never helps so I just ignore him. I’m black and white but mostly exhausted from moving every two years. Chicago winters are brutal enough without stressing over dust bunnies. I eat cereal on the counter while boxes sit in the living room. If he wants it perfect he can clean it himself. I’m too tired to care rn.

Quote from jane1981 on August 12, 2021, 1:53 amhonestly it feels like every influencer has glutes now lol i just do squats with a book between my knees because my physical therapist said my muscles are asleep. i dont care about the fancy bands or the 10 minute routines i just want to not feel like an old man when i stand up. rest of the time i read on the couch. if it helped me walk up stairs without wincing id be cool with it but the hype is exhausting
