honestly yeah its normal. Lol, my husband does this all the time. he just needs space to recharge without talking. i figured it out early so now i just let him be. go do my own thing while he sits in his cave. once he comes out he talks again. dont take it personal. its just how he processes stuff. works for us.

Our ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

I don’t play that game. If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

i just buy the cheap weekly pill organizers from shopee. bulk buy them. sort everything on sunday night before bed. takes 10 mins but saves me so much stress during the week. especially when im traveling for work. just grab and go. no wondering if i took my vitamins or meds. simple routine saves sanity.

three years is forever honestly. i’ve been off apps for two years now. my tribe taught me patience is good but not sitting around waiting for magic. i go to classes and meet people through friends. if he can’t commit in that time he’s just using the app for ego. stop waiting. keep living your life.

hmm i mean my bf is the same. we just sit in diff rooms scrolling phones but he sends me memes or texts u up. feels like enough for him. i get anxious tho bc i want more verbal stuff. dont think ur crazy though. maybe he just feels connected without talking. u could ask him directly if that works for him. im still figuring it out myself lol.

omg that is so rude. i always just ignore them cause usually theyre just distracted by their own workout. last week some guy kept staring so i just put my headphones on louder and kept moving. dont let it get under your skin really. just focus on ur set and pretend he doesnt exist. hope your day gets better tho
