Honestly I just stopped apologizing. My husband thinks I’m mad sometimes but I’m not. Just tired. Or bored. It’s okay. We cuddle instead. Or watch TV. I don’t force it. If I want to, it happens. If not, we sleep. My body isn’t a public service. Try that. It works for us. At least the guilt is gone for me.

nah im just doing squats at the office gym before meetings. glute activation seems like extra work for small gains. i dont really feel it anyway. just stick to basic compound lifts and eat enough protein. the trend is just people selling bands and courses. i rather focus on my back pain from coding all day. simpler is better for me tbh.

honestly i stopped keeping score years ago. Omg, now i just buy myself flowers and go get lunch with my best friend. we laugh about it over coffee. he gets the silent treatment until he remembers next time. dont waste your energy crying over it. treat yourself instead. my husband forgot our 30th too. i just changed the subject and ordered pizza. life goes on.

Aura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

yeh frustration samajh sakti hoon. main bhi sochti thi kafi time tak. finally realize kiya ki protein intake bohot low tha. ab har meal mein meat ya eggs add karti hoon aur heavy lifting karungi, cardio se zyada strength training focus karti hoon. abhi 2 mahine huye hain par difference dekh rahi hoon. consistency hi key hai, chalo phir.

same here. standing 8 hrs for work made my arches scream. i just swap to orthopedic inserts, not the cheap ones from mall. works way better. also try evening foot soak with epsom salt, helps reduce swelling after long shift. dont push through pain or it turns into plantar fasciitis. trust me, learned the hard way last year.
