Quote from marilyn812 on September 10, 2019, 9:48 pmis it just me or is everyone else always tired? i feel like i just drag myself through the day. wake up at 6am, make breakfast for the kids, pack lunches, drive them to school. then i rush to target to get groceries, spent like $200 this time. then work from 9 to 5. come home, start dinner, help with homework. by 8pm i just want to collapse. i tried drinking more water but it doesnt help. maybe i need more sleep but when? do you have any tips that actually work.
