Quote from Snowparting on September 29, 2024, 12:39 pmgirl same. i just take those little plastic containers from the pharmacy and throw them in my purse. dont overthink it. some days i leave three pills on the kitchen counter for later. if you forget one dose whatevs. life goes on. my doc told me it more important i keep taking them regularly than track every single one perfectly. less stress is better for you honestly.

Quote from Poolleat on October 11, 2024, 8:18 amI just keep a jump rope in my suitcase always. Once we land and unpack slightly, I do 10 mins a day in the living room. No gym membership drama. If we move again before three months, at least I stayed active. My back hates it but better than getting stiff on the plane or couch. Simple routine beats fancy equipment any day.

Quote from hollowtide on April 30, 2024, 8:23 ami feel that. Tbh, moving every few years makes it hard to stick with a routine or find good spots. ive been lifting heavy and just focusing on strength instead of the scale number. the scale goes up bc muscle weighs more but i look leaner and feel stronger. honestly ignoring the number is the only thing that helps me not hate the gym. just keep showing up.

Quote from softheart on July 12, 2024, 5:54 pmYeah totally normal. My man does this all the time. He just shuts up and goes outside or looks at his phone. I used to think something was wrong but then i figured out he just needs space to recharge. Now i just let him be. If i bother him he gets cranky so i just go do my own thing too. Its peaceful actually.

Quote from Pearlconflict on March 14, 2024, 12:00 amHonestly same. That humidity gets to me every single night. I stopped trying to fight it and just bought those gel cooling pads for the mattress. Works a little better than flipping sheets. Also keep a damp washcloth by the bed and rotate it in the freezer. Not glamorous but it helps me get maybe six hours. Good luck out there.
