Quote from spiredike on October 10, 2024, 1:52 pmHoney I feel you. Lol, I just park way back in the lot and walk in slow. Nobody looks at nobody anyway. I wear my old sweat clothes so I dont care what happens. Its just noise and machines. You gotta get used to being uncomfortable at first. Just go do one thing then leave if you need to. Keep it simple.

Quote from Seedbay on March 28, 2024, 6:35 pmi totally get it honestly. Honestly, sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

Quote from Lucky2000 on December 15, 2024, 1:00 amhon i set clear boundaries day one. I swear, told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

Quote from rillhail on January 7, 2024, 8:36 pmyeah totally. Tbh, you never really relax when you know your lease is up in six months. i got tired of the drama so i stayed put for three years. finally got into a routine and a bf showed up. moving every other year just feels like you are on probation somewhere. hard to invite anyone over when you are half packed

Quote from Birdpromise on September 7, 2024, 3:38 pmhonestly same. Lol, lately i just do the bare minimum. light one candle, sit outside for 10 mins, breathe. thats it. no crystals no journals no rituals. my ancestors didn’t need apps to find peace. i’m tired too so i’m resting not performing spirituality. let it rest.

Quote from wise1985 on February 19, 2024, 4:42 ammy joints hurt so bad i cant even sleep straight anymore. Honestly, divorce wrecked my cortisol levels i guess. i just ice my knees and take ibuprofen. doctors keep telling me its stress but i feel like my bones are breaking. i just want to lay still without pain for like an hour. its exhausting being a functional human again.

Quote from cloudfen on July 27, 2024, 7:51 amomg same. i swear my ghost leggings are just trying to ruin my self image. i buy new pairs thinking theyll be flattering but they just make me look like a sausage casing. its wild how much money i waste on workout gear that makes me feel fat. idk why i keep doing this to myself. maybe ill just switch back to sweatpants and save some money instead of stressing over yoga pants that judge me.

Quote from danielle1973 on May 6, 2024, 5:19 pmI walked away from the gym too. I swear, Water retention and cortisol are real messes. I started doing yoga in my living room instead. No mirrors, no scales, just moving. It took months to feel normal again. Your body is stressed, not broken. Give it peace, not punishment. Focus on how you sleep and eat. The weight will sort itself out when you stop fighting it.

Quote from Joyjay on November 15, 2024, 8:49 ami sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. Ngl, my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

Quote from Firerate on June 6, 2024, 5:28 pmHonestly that’s just rude. My husband says the same sometimes bc my mom was a different era. I just tell him to stop comparing. I cook what tastes good to me now. Sometimes it’s simpler. If he doesn’t like it he can make it himself. Seriously don’t let it get to you.
