Honestly sounds like you are just burnt out. My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

i spent two hours at the elementary school today and honestly i just want to crawl into bed. the teachers were nice but they asked so many questions about his reading level. i feel like im failing already. drank three glasses of wine as soon as i got home. now watching tv and ignoring my work emails. same for you basically i think.

Same here. Since getting older my knees are complaining loudly. I stopped doing strict fasts or keeping long padavrat because it puts too much pressure on joints. Now I just do light yoga and take calcium supplements regularly. My daadi used to say joint pain is common but I didnt take it seriously until mine started hurting. Its not romantic suffering. Just eating well and resting is enough for me now.

honestly i just ignore the suck. ive been lifting alone for two years now since the divorce. some days i barely survive the set but i show up anyway. my knees hurt and i feel like a grandma but seeing the weight go up keeps me sane. its not about being strong its about doing it when you dont want to. thats the only win that matters right now.

Honestly he sounds typical desi husband type. I swear, After work he just sits on sofa with phone. I tell him behave like normal human being. Sometimes we just sit together drinking chai saying nothing and it is okay. But if silence means he ignores you completely that is red flag. Talk to him clearly about what you need. Don't guess his feelings.

At that age I just stopped playing along. Honestly, He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

I literally just told my man to take over every other weekend. No negotiation. If he wants to be a dad, he steps up. I used to do everything too until I got so tired I just stopped caring. Now he handles bedtime and laundry on his days. It’s not fair but it’s necessary for my sanity. Just set the boundary baby.

Honestly same. I stopped trying to touch my toes years ago. Now I just do gentle stretches in the morning so I dont feel like a rusted robot during the day. At 48 my body tells me no every single time. Just accept it and find what works without pain. Yoga taught me to listen to my limits not push past them.

Stop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

honestly same here. I swear, i’m on week 4 and my brain is foggy from doing nothing. i spend all day watching kdramas and coding on my laptop while propping my leg up. the boredom is killing me more than the actual pain tbh. just keep grinding through the series marathons until u can walk properly. it sucks but it passes eventually. stay strong sis.
