ugh seriously my husband did the exact same thing last week after we moved to germany. i told him to take a hike because his mum lives three time zones away and i am not her. i cook what i want what happens and if he doesnt like it he can figure it out himself. honestly the constant moving makes me too tired to stress over replicating some random meal his brain is fixated on anyway. just keep doing you.

i just do it. keep it simple. load the bar, bend over, pull. my ancestors were strong so im wired for this. i dont overthink the technique much, just move the weight. sometimes i fail, that’s normal. i breathe through my nose, focus on my core, and push through. it feels good when the weight moves. no fancy gear needed, just sweat and determination. keep showing up.

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

Honestly not weird at all. For real, We moved three times in two years so our bedroom setups have been half packed in boxes for months. Husband thinks I’m rejecting him, but I’m just exhausted. Most intimacy now is him falling asleep on the couch while I fold laundry. If I’m lucky we try for 10 minutes but usually it’s a nope from me. Just survive, don’t expect much until the kids actually leave the house.

Honestly im just resting. Tbh, Like sleeping until my body stops screaming. I stopped trying to be productive or fix everything overnight. My therapist told me to treat myself like I had the flu, so thats what I do. Drink agua, nap in the day, eat whatever sounds good even if its junk food. You cant pour from an empty cup so just let yourself be useless for now. Take it one hour at a time.
