I get it. My husband was pushing hard too. I stopped overthinking the performance part and just told him we need low pressure. We switched to just touching without expecting penetration. Took the edge off for both of us. Now we actually want to be closer. Don’t force it if your body says no. Communication works better than ghosting through it. Just be honest.

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

hit a wall yesterday after leg day. felt like garbage for two days. just pushed through hydration and sleep. now i’m fine but dead tired. honestly might be eating enough protein too. my gym buddy says i look like i got hit by a bus after workouts. not helpful but funny. try drinking more water and maybe lower intensity for a week. see if that helps.

omg no way. if he cheating and still trying to get in yo pants run. why u even consider it?? he dont respect u one bit. i would block him immediately. dont let him use ur body for ego boost. u deserve someone honest not some player playing games. stay away from that toxic energy.

yeah mostly. Tbh, i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Yeah totally normal. My husband does the same after work. He just sits on the porch and stares at the trees or works on his truck. I dont bother him. It gives him space to chill so hes not grumpy later. Some guys just need that quiet time to decompress. I get my own time too. We both respect it. It works for us.

yeah same. just moved to oklahoma last month and i am dead on my feet. unpacking feels impossible and the baby wont stop crying. i drink three coffees a day still cant keep my eyes open. feeling super gross lately too. hope this passes but right now im just exhausted. sending hugs to anyone else who feels like they ran a marathon just to get through the day.

Honesty im in that exact spot rn. He says he loves me but flakes on plans and never initiates. Theres only so long i had for it. The silence is loud. You deserve peace not mixed signals.

Yeah totally. Lol, I used to say yes to everything and ended up burnt out before the season even started. Now I just ghost people who ask favors if theyre not close friends. Saves me so much mental energy. If they get mad they werent worth the hassle anyway. Focus is everything when you have real goals. No guilt allowed.

nah just go. i always use busy work as an excuse to skip but regret it later. my family gathers every weekend so i try to squeeze in a quick session before them. keeps the stress down. even twenty minutes is better than nothing. dont overthink it. just put on your shoes and go. you will feel better after.
