husband refuses to shower before bed seriously
Quote from Skyvow on October 15, 2021, 3:33 pmI stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

Quote from Coralguarantee on September 28, 2021, 1:03 pmi spent two hours at the elementary school today and honestly i just want to crawl into bed. the teachers were nice but they asked so many questions about his reading level. i feel like im failing already. drank three glasses of wine as soon as i got home. now watching tv and ignoring my work emails. same for you basically i think.

Quote from natalie1986 on February 14, 2022, 9:41 amHoney, I skipped my walk today. Just sat on the porch with sweet tea instead. My knees were aching and the humidity was already setting in. Dont let guilt run your life. Drink some water, put on comfy clothes, and rest up. Tomorrow is a new day to try again if you want to.

Quote from Mossbird on November 5, 2022, 3:53 amhonestly i just bring the dumbbells and mat to the hotel room. moving around every two years means i never feel like lugging a gym bag across town. im homebody now. if i had it my way id do a quick 15 min session in the living room while the kids nap. saves me from dealing with crowded locker rooms and strangers trying to use my equipment. simple is best for me these days.

Quote from seafeather on April 13, 2022, 6:33 ami get this too. even when i sleep eight or nine hours, my jaw just drops. it’s annoying. i usually just push through it because it’s socially awkward to keep yawning. sometimes i drink an extra cup of coffee to feel awake but honestly it’s just a weird habit for me now. i don’t think i do anything specific to fix it. just ignore it.

Quote from Marie on March 20, 2022, 2:39 amI run during my lunch break to clear my head before the second period bell rings. Lately I just walk briskly instead. The kids are keeping me on my toes all day so by noon i barely have energy to jog. I used to hit 5 mph easily but now 3 feels like a stretch. Just listening to podcasts while moving at a slower pace works just as well for me honestly.

Quote from Goldperformance on June 30, 2022, 10:24 pmYeah it ain’t just you. My knees sound like crunchy cereal every morning. I started wearing compression sleeves and cutting back on high impact stuff. Yoga helps too but omg the stairs are painful. Just keep moving so they don’t lock up completely. Drink plenty of water and stretch. We’ll be spry forever or at least pretend to be.
