yeah it is definitely just you lol. my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

dont miss it. Omg, i am 46 and my husband and i have been together 20 years. we stopped doing all that fake excitement years ago. now we just chill. watch tv, eat good food, talk about bills. it is peaceful. the honeymoon phase is exhausting. you spend all your energy trying to impress someone. i rather be comfortable and know he is not going anywhere. save your energy for yourself.

honestly same. lately i just do the bare minimum. light one candle, sit outside for 10 mins, breathe. thats it. no crystals no journals no rituals. my ancestors didn’t need apps to find peace. i’m tired too so i’m resting not performing spirituality. let it rest.

I take a multivitamin and fish oil every morning with coffee lol. My daughter does the same thing so maybe she just feels like she knows better on this stuff. I just keep taking mine because I dont feel great without them. If it works for you keep doing it. Ignore the side eye.

Look I got that same knee trouble. Tbh, I just take ibuprofen when I actually need it to move around. Not everyday though. My doctor said its safe in moderation. Also try putting ice on it after work. I keep a bag in the freezer ready to go. Works better than sitting there in pain trying to be tough.

sick days are a myth for most of us; im pushing through the body aches right now because rent doesnt pause. just chugging electrolytes and taking ibuprofen every six hours like clockwork; if i feel feverish at work i step out to the parking lot to cool down. its not ideal but it keeps the check coming in; survive one day at a time.

honestly i just stop overthinking. when my divorce was final i called my brother and we went to mall. simple. first date i just went for chai with guy. no fancy dinner stress. if khana was bad or vibe off i left. no drama. just see what happens. dont plan whole life in one meeting. take it easy sis. sometimes bhaiya beta helps too for chaperone lol. keep it low pressure.

i drink a massive cup of coffee with breakfast and set a timer for my lunch break. if i skip lunch or eat too heavy i crash hard. i also step outside for 5 mins of fresh air right after eating. helps reset my brain. my kids run me ragged in the morning so this little pause actually matters. dont push through hunger or you will regret it later.

honestly the empty feeling hits different when ur burnt out. i just stop overthinking it n cry until i feel numb then sleep. stress literally drains u dry so u feel hollow. i dont try to fix it, just let it wash over me. u not alone in feeling this way. take it easy on urself girl.

I hit sixty two and my knees r still grinding but i keep moving. I do chair yoga every morning just five mins to loosen up. Then I bake cookies cause the smell makes me feel good. Don’t stress the aches too much honey we all get here eventually. Just find ur comfort routines and stick with them.
