i am so done with starting over. we moved again last week. three days in and i have zero motivation. the best life membership cost 60 dollars a month which is too much right now with the college fund. i tried walking to the walgreens across the street but it rains every afternoon here. my gym bag is still in a box in the garage. i forgot to pull it out. the kids are screaming and the dishwasher is broken so i just sat on the couch until 8 pm. i miss my old routine so much. i cant find a good park nearby that has safe swings for the toddler. everything feels like extra work. i just want to lift heavy things and leave stress on the floor but i cant. how do you actually stick to a routine when you are packing up boxes every two years

it is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

I stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Honestly sounds like you are just burnt out. Omg, My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

My husband works construction and comes home dead tired. i used to feel rejected but realized he just needs rest. we cuddle sometimes but don't push for sex. if i really want it, i initiate gentle touch without expectations. if he says no, i respect it and we watch tv. communication helps more than pressure. don't take it personally, man just needs to recharge.

i just switched to a basic pharmacy brand cleanser and one moisturizer. spend the rest of my budget on sunscreen. honestly my skin looks better when i stop overthinking it. the fancy serums were just making me break out from all the actives. keep it simple till it clears up. less is literally more. nobody needs eleven steps.

Same thing happens here. I swear, We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

same honestly. yesterday i just walked on the treadmill listening to a podcast for 20 mins then left. felt crazy not lifting but my brain was fried from work. sometimes my body just needs to move without trying to kill itself. dont be so hard on yourself. consistency beats intensity every time anyway.
