how do you stay fit when moving every 2 years ??
Quote from gentleequivalence on December 27, 2025, 6:17 amomg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

Quote from free1977 on August 5, 2025, 1:30 pmArre, ye kya baat hai. My husband also sleeps with mouth hanging open, looks scary actually. I tried taping his mouth once with medical tape, he woke up confused next morning. Now I just give up after two years. It is annoying but not dealbreaker for us. Sahi hai, we make do. If you cant handle it, try nasal strips maybe?

Quote from sarah1983 on May 16, 2025, 11:59 amSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

Quote from anna1979 on February 2, 2025, 4:43 pmi just accept the mess. when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.

Quote from Budspore on May 14, 2026, 2:11 pmHonestly same. I stopped trying to force the whole sanctuary vibe and just do five mins of stretching while my niece naps nearby. No chanting, no candles, just breathing. If I miss a day, I don't guilt trip myself. Sometimes spirituality is just showing up tired and dealing with it. Keep it simple sis, your soul gets it.
