Same here basically. Just moved for my husbands deployment this month. Doc says labs are perfect but i am dragging all day. I ended up checking my iron and vits too. Low iron was part of it. Also just standard military life burnout. Try adding straight iron supplements if you havent. Helps a bit at least until we settle in new base housing. Good luck

hmm i mean my bf is the same. we just sit in diff rooms scrolling phones but he sends me memes or texts u up. feels like enough for him. i get anxious tho bc i want more verbal stuff. dont think ur crazy though. maybe he just feels connected without talking. u could ask him directly if that works for him. im still figuring it out myself lol.

omg same. i’ve been sitting at my desk all day and my feet look like puffy marshmallows. i keep taking off my shoes under the table at work. honestly i think its just the chicago heat or maybe i’m dehydrated. i started drinking like 4 gallons of water a day k ik its a lot but it helped a little. just chilling with em off tonight.

omg girl same here. Honestly, I used to hate going solo too but now its my sacred time. I just put on my 90s salsa playlist and pretend the instructor is singing to me. It’s weirdly motivating. Plus no awkward small talk with neighbors who know my business. Just me and the mat vibes. Te entendi, is hard but once you get into it, nada can stop you.

my mom makes that stuff all the time and idk if its actually bad for u. Honestly, i drink it when im craving something sweet but trya cut back on the sugar. i just started checking my own numbers cuz my doctor said my borderline is getting worse. maybe swap the sugar for stevia next time she makes a batch

I get it. My husband was pushing hard too. I stopped overthinking the performance part and just told him we need low pressure. We switched to just touching without expecting penetration. Took the edge off for both of us. Now we actually want to be closer. Don’t force it if your body says no. Communication works better than ghosting through it. Just be honest.

definitely real. i’m 36 in tech, sit 10 hours a day, and got diagnosed last year. my doctor said it’s nerve sensitivity not just aging. i started doing gentle yoga and fixing my posture at work. helps a bit. don’t ignore it, get blood work done to rule out other stuff first. honestly the fatigue is the worst part, more than the pain.

im a teacher too so i totally get this. its not just you. i keep a big water bottle on my desk and force myself to drink from it all day. dehydration hits hard in the afternoon. i also try to eat a small snack with protein around 2pm like a handful of almonds or string cheese. it helps keep my energy from crashing so hard at the end of the day.

honestly just keep it stupid simple. Honestly, military life is stressful enough without trying to figure out a ten, step routine. i stick to ceraface cleanser, moisturizer, and spf 50. thats it. if my skin looks trash i just sleep it off. stop overthinking it. complicated routines are a trap. consistency beats intensity every time. just wash your face and slather on sunscreen. really.

Honey I just started with walking. My knees dont allow for much else anyway. I put on my good shoes and go round the block after supper. That 15 minutes is better than nothing. Dont stress about weights or running, just get moving. My pastor says God gave us legs to use em so I do my part and let Him handle the rest. Yall keep at it.
