im done with the whole find god thing honestly. its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.

same here and its exhausting. i usually just do foam rolling and strength training 2x a week to balance the pounding. also way more protein post run or i crash hard. hydration matters too bc im always dehydrated. just listen to your body and take rest days. dont push through the pain. im in my 30s so recovery takes longer now than in college. hope you feel better soon.

desi mama here. totally get it. gym culture is so aggressive. i also feel bad when ppl standing near me. so now i wear big headphones and listen to old school bollywood songs. focuses my mind. also go to 6 am slot when empty. dont worry, u not strange. just take deep breaths. it will pass. drink water too.

Look I stopped trying to be spiritual all the time. I swear, It felt like work. Now I just drink water and walk outside. If I need to reset I sit quietly for five mins. No chanting no crystals. Just breathing. My peace comes from boundaries not rituals. Keep it simple. Rest when tired. Ignore the pressure to be enlightened. You dont owe anyone your energy.

honestly I just ignore it. I lift heavy and focus on my form so whatever he thinks of my accent doesnt matter. He’s probably intimidated since I’m deadlifting more than him. If he says something directly rude I’ll tell him to keep it to himself but usually they just shut up when they see you’re not messing around.

honestly i just bring the dumbbells and mat to the hotel room. Ngl, moving around every two years means i never feel like lugging a gym bag across town. im homebody now. if i had it my way id do a quick 15 min session in the living room while the kids nap. saves me from dealing with crowded locker rooms and strangers trying to use my equipment. simple is best for me these days.

i just buy the cheap weekly pill organizers from shopee. Ngl, bulk buy them. sort everything on sunday night before bed. takes 10 mins but saves me so much stress during the week. especially when im traveling for work. just grab and go. no wondering if i took my vitamins or meds. simple routine saves sanity.

ive moved every 18 months for work and yeah it kills the vibe. hard to build intimacy when you are busy unpacking boxes or sleeping on an air mattress. my partner and i just stopped trying to plan dates during the first year in a new city. we just ordered takeout and watched movies until things settled down. now we wait until lease renews to start dating again

Honestly same. I stopped trying to force the whole sanctuary vibe and just do five mins of stretching while my niece naps nearby. No chanting, no candles, just breathing. If I miss a day, I don't guilt trip myself. Sometimes spirituality is just showing up tired and dealing with it. Keep it simple sis, your soul gets it.

honestly just keep it stupid simple. military life is stressful enough without trying to figure out a ten, step routine. i stick to ceraface cleanser, moisturizer, and spf 50. thats it. if my skin looks trash i just sleep it off. stop overthinking it. complicated routines are a trap. consistency beats intensity every time. just wash your face and slather on sunscreen. really.
