Quote from DalehaIL on June 14, 2025, 8:53 amyeah its totally normal. i lift heavy twice a week out here and my quads are trash for two days straight. cant even climb the stairs to get up without groaning. just keep moving a little bit. drinking water helps too. if it burns too bad try some heat. don't expect to walk normal tomorrow though. just tough it out.

Quote from kelly1976 on April 8, 2026, 2:36 ami spent two hours at the elementary school today and honestly i just want to crawl into bed. the teachers were nice but they asked so many questions about his reading level. i feel like im failing already. drank three glasses of wine as soon as i got home. now watching tv and ignoring my work emails. same for you basically i think.

Quote from Pam1980 on January 26, 2026, 5:28 pmomg girl same. I literally throw his clothes in the wash the second he takes them off. If they stay in the hamper for more than a few hours, forget it. The smell is unreal. I even wash his workout gear separately with extra detergent because regular stuff doesnt cut it. My bf thinks Im crazy but hey, nobody wants to date a human stench bag. Just keep that washer running, mija.

Quote from Plantmama1992 on January 26, 2026, 5:28 pmi drink a massive cup of coffee with breakfast and set a timer for my lunch break. if i skip lunch or eat too heavy i crash hard. i also step outside for 5 mins of fresh air right after eating. helps reset my brain. my kids run me ragged in the morning so this little pause actually matters. dont push through hunger or you will regret it later.

Quote from Mossadventure on July 28, 2025, 4:37 amHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from Lightadventure on June 17, 2025, 7:58 amgod yes. i did pilates last thursday and basically crawled out of bed this morning. like my hamstrings are literally screaming at me. i just soak in epsom salts and try not to move too much. it feels like someone poured cement in my legs. hate that feeling so much.

Quote from lucky1966 on January 22, 2025, 7:34 ami literally just drink so much water and take a huge scoop of magnesium glycinate before bed. sitting all day kills my digestion for sure. also force myself to walk for 10 mins every 2 hours even if i dont wanna get up. its annoying but it keeps things moving. try peppermint tea too if you cant sleep.

Quote from Jadecopper on January 2, 2025, 10:07 amsame here honestly. its just so noisy and chaotic now that i barely have the mental bandwidth to think about it. i have to schedule intimacy like a business meeting which feels incredibly unsexy. my husband gets it tho, we just cuddle more now. not every phase feels romantic but thats totally normal i think.

Quote from Cliffneedle on May 18, 2025, 11:40 pmI feel you. At my age, I just dont want it either. My husband sleeps in the other room half the time and we are perfectly fine with that. I prefer cuddling on the couch watching tv without any pressure to perform. Life is too short to stress over something you dont need to do. Just relax and enjoy your time together.
