why do i feel worse after a hard run??
Quote from kathleen1993 on October 12, 2023, 7:38 amSi, es tan solo. I go to the gym at 6am when it’s dead silent. Just me, the treadmill, and my thoughts. Don’t need the noise or the staring eyes. I put on my playlist, ignore everyone, and leave asap. Sometimes I just watch telenovelas on my phone while stretching. Feels like my own private club. No conversation needed, just sweat and silence. Total vibe for me honestly.

Quote from Alexis1969 on March 16, 2023, 10:12 pmYeah totally. I used to say yes to everything and ended up burnt out before the season even started. Now I just ghost people who ask favors if theyre not close friends. Saves me so much mental energy. If they get mad they werent worth the hassle anyway. Focus is everything when you have real goals. No guilt allowed.

Quote from evelyn1977 on September 8, 2023, 4:09 amhonestly i stopped asking him to help. i just do what needs doing while he hangs out. if he complains about the mess i tell him to fix it himself or shut up. at this point his energy is not worth the fight. i save my mental peace for myself and my kids. let him live in the chaos he ignores. peace is more important than being right.

Quote from Goldlabor on January 15, 2023, 2:54 pmfr bro is he alive lol i usually say let me grab my purse first cuz that’s my polite way of saying no without being rude. also check if he’s just rushing to get home. my ex did that. u know the drill. keep it casual and see if he walks u to ur car or just stands there staring. red flag if hes clocking the whole date like its a pit stop.

Quote from Bronzecontract on June 4, 2024, 8:22 pmnever had time to be stressed after first kid too. Lol, 3 kids is just chaos but you get used to it. I just keep a big whiteboard in kitchen for daily tasks and let husband handle bedtime sometimes. my brain feels full all the time but honestly its better than before. just survive each day. dont worry about being perfect.

Quote from Fogconquest on April 13, 2024, 4:53 ammy husband smells like old socks and gym bags even after a quick rinse. i just put on earplugs and read until he falls asleep. it is genuinely the worst part of the day. we have talked about it but he says he is too tired. honestly i just avoid touching him until morning.

Quote from Creekjewel on October 13, 2024, 3:06 pmHoney I feel you. Lol, I get it too. As soon as I think I am cured, boom, back to bed. I just keep a stash of chicken soup mix and extra blankets ready. I take my vitamins religiously now and try to sleep early. It is annoying but I just ride it out. Drink lots of water and stay warm. Hope you feel better soon love.

Quote from Honeydew1998 on February 23, 2024, 1:43 pmI just throw a load of laundry in and call it a day. My husband complains but he never helps so I just ignore him. I’m black and white but mostly exhausted from moving every two years. Chicago winters are brutal enough without stressing over dust bunnies. I eat cereal on the counter while boxes sit in the living room. If he wants it perfect he can clean it himself. I’m too tired to care rn.

Quote from cliffcove on April 5, 2024, 10:25 pmso i just stop engaging with the games entirely. if he wants to play hard to get, he gets radio silence until he acts like a normal human being. im not here to negotiate basic decency or decode mixed signals for fun. you deserve clarity not a puzzle. if he cant give you that straightforward affection, keep his distance. seriously.
