why am i so tired even after wokrking out ??
Quote from Sweety1984 on June 5, 2026, 9:52 amman its awful. i just gave him tylenol and laid him on the couch with extra blankets. then i set five alarms on my phone to check his temp while hes sleeping. if hes burning up by 4am i call out and just dont go in. better than trying to work with a sick kid at home. hope he breaks the fever soon.

Quote from Spiritvantage on February 11, 2025, 1:56 amI do the same thing lol. Hot water is sacred healing after dealing with kids and work all day. If he needs that reset time to just be quiet and clean, let him have it. I usually go in after him so the bathroom stays warm. Just enjoy your own peace while he’s in there. It’s not about control, it’s about survival.

Quote from Ashley1999 on March 28, 2026, 12:20 amHaha omg same. I swear these leggings just hug every single bit of fat. Just bought new pair and feel bloated already. Honestly think its bloat from eating carbs after gym or just holding water. My scale went up 2kg yesterday but looks the same. So annoying. Just drink more water and ignore the mirror for 2 days. We good right

Quote from brightsoul on January 16, 2026, 11:56 pmhonestly same here. i’m twenty eight and honestly just so done with the performance aspect of it all. some nights i’d rather just cuddle or sleep. it’s not that i don’t love my partner but the pressure to be excited is exhausting. i feel like i’m constantly thinking about what’s next instead of just being in the moment. is everyone else this checked out or am i just crazy

Quote from StarLake on June 27, 2026, 12:03 amYeah totally. We just moved last month so I’m already running on fumes. Trying to settle in while keeping up with coursework is brutal. Im usually asleep by eight if I dont have a late class. My husband is deployed so its just me and the kids right now. Some days I just blank stare at the screen wondering how anyone keeps going. Coffee helps but only for about an hour.

Quote from Julie1990 on July 13, 2025, 5:51 pmHonestly same. I stopped trying to touch my toes years ago. Now I just do gentle stretches in the morning so I dont feel like a rusted robot during the day. At 48 my body tells me no every single time. Just accept it and find what works without pain. Yoga taught me to listen to my limits not push past them.

Quote from Rachel1979 on October 7, 2025, 7:02 pmomg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.

Quote from Rilldawn on August 1, 2025, 7:56 amnah i would just tell her straight up. tell her its not our culture or tradition here. we don't do that kind of stuff in the house. its confusing for my kids too. just say no politely but firmly. dont let her push it. keep the space yours. if she keeps it up ask her to do it at her place or temple. boundary setting is key fam.

Quote from sweettempo on June 29, 2026, 9:11 pmhonestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.
