Quote from CovetIN on February 28, 2021, 2:22 amugh leave her alone. I take so much stuff my daughter thinks I’m one pill away from exploding. Vitamin d, b complex, magnesium, the works. If it makes me feel better then I’m taking it. She rolls her eyes but now she’s putting gummies in my bag. let her think I’m crazy as long as I’m healthy. mi vida es mi fiesta.

Quote from dellwalk on November 18, 2021, 12:22 pmYeah totally normal. My man does this all the time. He just shuts up and goes outside or looks at his phone. I used to think something was wrong but then i figured out he just needs space to recharge. Now i just let him be. If i bother him he gets cranky so i just go do my own thing too. Its peaceful actually.

Quote from Mistchore on December 17, 2021, 7:28 pmNot weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

Quote from Freemountain1968 on July 2, 2021, 8:48 ambasit, true feeling like garbage is not normal. I am 58 now, body pain starts after breakfast. But I walk in park every morning with chai in hand. Doctor says keep moving. Sar ka bhari pareshani? Forget it. Just eat good food and sleep well. No drama please. Life continues, we just have to adjust our chappal and keep walking.

Quote from Goldenhour2001 on December 11, 2021, 7:39 amOh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

Quote from Jean1975 on March 6, 2022, 1:40 pmI pulled the plug on that nonsense years ago. Lol, If he says i am too sensitive while tossing out garbage, he gets told to take a hike. No explaining, no crying, just leaving the room. My peace is worth more than his ego. I dont waste breath arguing with someone who refuses to see reality. Y’all deserve better than walking on eggshells.

Quote from Shelldelta on December 31, 2022, 2:44 amI get it. At 47, i assumed sleep was free but it really ain’t. I cut coffee after 10am and started taking magnesium before bed. Also checking my iron levels. Sometimes it’s just bad habits. Try going to bed 30 mins earlier and no phone in bed. Just straight sleep.

Quote from Luckycharm1974 on May 9, 2022, 8:33 pmOMG girl same. Mi ankles are huge lately. I think is just the heat or how much I stand all day. Yo mama told me to keep elevating mi pies when resting. Also check if your shoes give u proper support. No es normal pero tampoco es el fin del mundo. Drink more water too because dehydration makes swelling worse. Hope u feel better soon amiga.

Quote from dalecrossing on July 13, 2022, 3:35 amYeah it’s awful. I’m 48 and just forgot my own nickname for the new dog. Three kids really fries you. I’ve started using a whiteboard by the door for important stuff just to keep my sanity. My ex used to joke about it but honestly it’s exhausting not knowing what day it is half the time. Just drink coffee and roll with it.
