Quote from Sunnysoul1969 on February 15, 2025, 1:36 pmfr that’s wild. my man used to give me the silent treatment too after we argued. i stopped asking and just started focusing on myself. went to the gym, called my girls. sometimes u gotta show u dont need em to survive. if he keeps ignoring u like that, honestly evaluate the relationship. u deserve better than being treated like furniture.

Quote from Sageerrand on March 18, 2026, 12:52 amHoney i think you just got too much on your feet all at once. Ngl, My back kills me after even ten minutes on the sidewalk now. I stretch like crazy when i get home and then just lie down with a heating pad on my lower back. Make sure your dog isn pulling you off balance too. Rest up.

Quote from Brookring on April 11, 2026, 5:52 pmI don’t play that game. Lol, If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

Quote from Janice1967 on January 19, 2025, 8:45 amOh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

Quote from Shoreclay on September 3, 2025, 6:50 amHonest truth is most of us are faking it. I used to think sleep fixed everything until I got my iron and vitamin D levels checked. Turns out I was just running on empty. Eight hours of sleep doesnt help if your body is fighting a deficiency. Go see a doctor and ask for blood work before buying another fancy pillow.

Quote from True1971 on January 28, 2026, 11:35 amyup same. i do high impact stuff so my knees are basically shot. after sunday service i literally have to ice them for an hour straight. it sucks but hey, pain is temporary right. just keep moving and take some ibuprofen if you have to. dont let it stop you from hitting the gym tomorrow. we got this.

Quote from ViolettaIL on April 17, 2026, 5:31 amI don’t deal with that nonsense. If my husband speaks to me with disrespect, I shut it down right then. I tell him I’m not accepting that tone and I’m walking away until he can speak properly. You aren’t too sensitive, you just have standards. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking his bad behavior is your problem. Walk away if he won’t change.

Quote from Stargazer1987 on June 19, 2025, 2:14 amugh leave her alone. I take so much stuff my daughter thinks I’m one pill away from exploding. Vitamin d, b complex, magnesium, the works. If it makes me feel better then I’m taking it. She rolls her eyes but now she’s putting gummies in my bag. let her think I’m crazy as long as I’m healthy. mi vida es mi fiesta.

Quote from anna1969 on August 5, 2025, 1:30 pmi just accept the mess. when i feel like im crumbling i sit on my porch with cold coffee and watch the wind. no fixing, no journaling, just sitting. sometimes i cry till im bored. then i get up and make breakfast. the shedding happens whether i force it or not. just breathe through the ugliest part and let your body do what it needs to do. its messy but its real.

Quote from bluestone on May 16, 2025, 11:59 ami drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. Omg, also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.
