Honest truth is most of us are faking it. I used to think sleep fixed everything until I got my iron and vitamin D levels checked. Turns out I was just running on empty. Eight hours of sleep doesnt help if your body is fighting a deficiency. Go see a doctor and ask for blood work before buying another fancy pillow.

same here i workout 4x a week but still crash by 7pm. realized it was just poor sleep hygiene and too much screen time before bed. started doing 15 min yoga after dinner and putting phone away earlier. helps a bit but honestly im just tired from coding all day. maybe im just burnt out.

Honestly sounds like you are just burnt out. For real, My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

I just started throwing mine out. Waste is cheaper than the headache. If he wants lunch he can make it. I used to nag about it too but honestly I’m done fighting over food scraps. My sanity is worth more than a decent container of pasta. Just live with it or toss it.

I just started sleeping on the couch. Honestly it was easier than lying there staring at the ceiling feeling rejected. He sleeps better now too but we barely speak. I spend my time with my horses and friends. You gotta take care of yourself first. If he won't put in the work then stop waiting for him to change. It saves a lot of drama.

omg same energy. honestly i just leave it there til he notices himself. if i keep doing his chores he never learns. plus my family is big so there’s always dishes piling up anyway. i just wash mine and let his rot. not my circus not my monkeys. lol.

I just soak in hot bath with epsom salts every night after leg day. Tbh, Helps so much. Also stretch super slow before sleeping. Don’t ignore the pain though. If it keeps hurting talk to doc. I got hurt once pushing too hard. Now I rest when I need to. Listen to body. Sometimes less is more.

girl same. i thought it was just me. honestly tho its mostly hydration and protein. i drink like a gallon of water a day and eat a little something with protein right after i finish. before i was skipping the post workout snack and then i felt like death. try drinking more water chica. seriously. and don't starve yourself right after lifting. that’s my only fix.

Honestly same. That humidity gets to me every single night. I stopped trying to fight it and just bought those gel cooling pads for the mattress. Works a little better than flipping sheets. Also keep a damp washcloth by the bed and rotate it in the freezer. Not glamorous but it helps me get maybe six hours. Good luck out there.

Same. I just walk fast around my neighborhood after clase. No gym, no counting macros, no expensive supplements. Just me and my thoughts. Sometimes I lift heavy boxes at work and thats enough resistance for me. I drink water and try to sleep 7 hours. If I feel like moving, I dance to bad bops in my room. Its not pretty but it keeps me sane. Why overcomplicate it when simply staying alive already takes so much effort?
