yeah it is definitely just you lol. my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

i used to pay for one of those apps but stopped after a year. honestly the ads were more stressful than the calm sounds. now i just sit in my garden or listen to birds from the porch. doesnt cost a dime and feels just as peaceful. maybe we just need quiet time without the fancy tech telling us how to breathe.

i totally get it. some days feel like weeks. i just go to the gym three times a week and try to nap when the kids come over. helps a bit. my knees hurt bad when the rain comes but i keep moving. its just life i guess. hope u r ok too.

nah that sounds like he just wants to talk down to u. in my culture we respect elders but partners should talk equal. if he calls u sensitive for asking him to change his tone, he’s dodging accountability. i’d just leave the room when he starts like that. dont let him gaslight u into thinking ur valid feelings are wrong. ur not crazy for wanting basic respect from a partner.

At that age I just stopped playing along. He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

Lord have mercy. I swear, I sit on a thick memory foam cushion during every service now. My doctor said its the only way to keep my joints from giving out. I also take ibuprofen right after getting home. Hot shower helps too. We walking up there in heels for an hour then wonder why our legs hurt. Switch to sneakers yall.

I stopped trying to manifest money long ago. For real, Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

ok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.

same here honestly. Tbh, i eat a heavy breakfast then crash hard. started bringing a little protein snack to work instead of waiting for lunch. also i realized i drink like two coffees before 10am which is def part of it. just forced myself to stop caffeine after 11 and it helped a bit. still tired but not dead lol.

im done with the whole find god thing honestly. Omg, its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.
