Quote from Soft1975 on January 7, 2024, 8:36 pmhonestly same vibe. my man keeps pushing stuff i just do not have energy for anymore. i told him straight up that i am tapped out. sometimes you just gotta say no to the new thing and protect your peace. i spent last weekend just sitting by the river refreshing myself. if you do not want it, do not do it. boundaries save marriages. he needs to accept where you are at right now.

Quote from Peakweb on December 23, 2024, 3:15 pmgirl listen to me i train twice as hard too but my prs are trash. honestly think its recovery not effort. i eat like a horse every day and sleep 8 hours straight. if ur not eating enough or sleeping like a baby ur body literally cant build. stop killing urself in the gym and start feeding that body. sometimes less is more tbh. try deloading for a week and see what happens.

Quote from midnightmoon1972 on August 7, 2024, 1:29 pmI dont even try anymore. After watching my grandkids all day im drained. I used to feel guilty but now i just stretch in the living room while watching TV. Its enough movement for me honestly. If they are napping i might do some light yoga but thats it. Total surrender to the couch is the best plan.

Quote from calmsleet on September 7, 2024, 3:38 pmim done with the whole find god thing honestly. its exhausting trying to fit into someone else's version of spirituality. i just go to the river, sit in silence, and let the water do the talking. no rituals, no forcing it. sometimes the earth is enough. rest is its own form of prayer for me right now.

Quote from Hannah1980 on September 4, 2024, 10:46 pmFibro is real dont let anyone tell u otherwise. I got diagnosed three years ago. Woke up one morning and couldnt get out of bed. Docs acted like it was all in my head at first too. Now i just manage the flares. Take ur meds, rest when u need to, and stop blaming urself. Age has nothing to do with it. Its a nerve thing. Stay strong sister.

Quote from Wooltunnel on January 10, 2024, 4:07 pmI stopped trying to manifest shit like three posts ago. Now I just grind. We move every two years anyway so nothing stays static. I focus on survival, not vibes. Last month I wanted a promotion and got a DS TR instead lol. Manifestation feels like voodoo when you are grounded in reality. Just do the work and hope for the best.

Quote from Blushweb on March 30, 2024, 11:02 amHonestly sounds like you are just burnt out. I swear, My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

Quote from tiffany2001 on December 2, 2024, 1:50 amsame here and its exhausting. i usually just do foam rolling and strength training 2x a week to balance the pounding. also way more protein post run or i crash hard. hydration matters too bc im always dehydrated. just listen to your body and take rest days. dont push through the pain. im in my 30s so recovery takes longer now than in college. hope you feel better soon.

Quote from angela1973 on May 25, 2024, 8:49 pmI literally just told my man to take over every other weekend. No negotiation. If he wants to be a dad, he steps up. I used to do everything too until I got so tired I just stopped caring. Now he handles bedtime and laundry on his days. It’s not fair but it’s necessary for my sanity. Just set the boundary baby.
