yeah it is normal. i did the same trail last weekend and my quads were screaming for two days after. just walk around lightly to keep things moving. ice helps if it gets really sore. dont let it stop you, next time youll be stronger. i drank like three electrolyte drinks right after and slept the whole night. pain is part of the process lol.

omg i relate so hard. my ex did the same thig constantly. i would just make a mental note of every time he said one thing but did another. eventually the pattern became impossible to ignore. if his actions dont match his words then trust the actions. u deserve someone who just shows up consistently without u having to ask or play detective. its exhausting n u rnt alone.

I stop chasing them. I find a bench and sit. If they want me to watch them swing or drop and run, they gotta come get me. I’m in my forties, my knees are shot and I refuse to jog after a seven year old anymore. They learn pretty quick that mom is stationary unless they initiate. Saves my energy and tests their legs.

honestly yeah. Lol, im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

ok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.

it is definitely worse. i stopped swiping last month because every guy under 40 wants a baby mama who cooks kabsa and cleans his house. i just want someone who pays half the rent and doesnt talk about crypto. honestly its better hanging out with my uncles at the weekend mall than dealing with these weird men. tired of explaining basic respect.

it is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

mija honestly it’s the sugar crash fr. im always gulping those iced lattes after gym bc i think im deprived lol. but then like two hours later im dead. try drinking water first before reaching for the sweet things. also make sure ur actually eating enough protein cause my body was starving itself then wondering why i had no energy. rest days are real too girl dont be a martyr.

Oh honey it is real. I got diagnosed at 52 and my husband thought I was just getting old. Lord knows I ain't. I take my meds, stretch in the morning, and rest when my body screams. It’s a drag but you’re not crazy. Keep going sister.

Honestly I just survived on cheap coffee and silence first few months. Stop trying to be productive. My in laws still call daily so i muted their numbers. Go walk outside even if just around block. Eat whatever you want no guilt. One day at a time. If crying helps do it. Dont force yourself to be happy yet. Just exist.
