Quote from nicole1974 on August 13, 2024, 2:12 pmyeah mostly. For real, i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Quote from Judith1970 on May 6, 2024, 6:37 pmhonestly same here. For real, i’m twenty eight and honestly just so done with the performance aspect of it all. some nights i’d rather just cuddle or sleep. it’s not that i don’t love my partner but the pressure to be excited is exhausting. i feel like i’m constantly thinking about what’s next instead of just being in the moment. is everyone else this checked out or am i just crazy

Quote from Wiseowl1991 on April 10, 2024, 6:06 ami do the same thing. spent months hating him for taking over all the chores and now i miss having company at dinner. its weird but true. the silence in my empty house is louder than our arguments ever were. just started cooking for two again out of habit then catching myself lol.

Quote from Free2001 on January 26, 2024, 9:31 amUgh that sucks. For real, My ex used to do the same thing. I just stopped engaging. If he says something wild I’d either walk away or say whatever’s on my mind directly. No more tiptoeing. It’s exhausting trying to manage his ego. Honestly if he can’t respect your feelings he’s not worth the stress. Sorry u’re dealing with it.

Quote from Pamela1999 on March 14, 2024, 12:00 amhaha same energy. my hips are basically jelly right now after that hot yoga sesh. i just lie on the couch in a fetal position and scroll reddit until the ache goes away. zero zen achieved today. just pure regret and ibuprofen. honestly if anyone tries to talk mindfulness to me rn im gonna scream. send snacks not solutions.

Quote from Calmhistory on April 29, 2024, 4:50 amHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from Scarlettrough on July 6, 2024, 1:59 amyupp its not just u. my knees scream after sitting 10 hrs at my desk coding. i swear the office chairs r designed to torture us. started doing those simple chair stretches every hour and bought a cheaper ergonomic cushion. helps a bit but still hurts when weather changes. just try not to ignore it before it gets worse. my dad had bad knees by 40 lol.

Quote from sweetmeadow1966 on February 23, 2024, 8:38 pmI feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Quote from Willowrill on March 3, 2024, 2:42 pmfr fr nothing irritates me more. i just wear oversized hoodies and huge headphones to block out the world. if a guy gets too close i make direct eye contact until he looks away. most of them are too dumb to keep it up. also dont be afraid to call them out if they get creepy. safety first but dont let them ruin your workout vibe

Quote from Goldenheart1990 on May 14, 2024, 5:46 pmyeh frustration samajh sakti hoon. main bhi sochti thi kafi time tak. finally realize kiya ki protein intake bohot low tha. ab har meal mein meat ya eggs add karti hoon aur heavy lifting karungi, cardio se zyada strength training focus karti hoon. abhi 2 mahine huye hain par difference dekh rahi hoon. consistency hi key hai, chalo phir.
