omg why would he do that?? like seriously?? i would literally kick him out of the bed lol. here we do lo mismo, shower mandatory after work or gym. otherwise im not sharing my sheets with sweaty random man. seriously consider sleeping in the couch until he learns basic hygiene. no thanks to the funk.

nah i dont wait for him. For real, i just do my half fast then relax. if he complains i tell him to do it himself or shut up. we made a schedule so i know when hes supposed to clean. if he doesnt do it i just leave the mess for him to deal with. stops whining when he has to mop his own floors. dont overthink it just set boundaries.

my knees are wrecked too especially after long services. i usually ice them right after and take a couple ibuprofen. being an athlete doesnt protect me from aging joints lol. seriously though just rest them and don't push it the next day. i learned that the hard way.

Same here honestly. For real, After 2 kids, my energy is basically zero after work. I dont even think about it most days. We just sleep next to each other and thats it. Sometimes we try but im too tired so i say no. It has been like this for years now. I guess it is normal for us moms. My husband understands mostly but sometimes gets quiet about it.

yeah same. just moved to oklahoma last month and i am dead on my feet. unpacking feels impossible and the baby wont stop crying. i drink three coffees a day still cant keep my eyes open. feeling super gross lately too. hope this passes but right now im just exhausted. sending hugs to anyone else who feels like they ran a marathon just to get through the day.

yupp its not just u. my knees scream after sitting 10 hrs at my desk coding. i swear the office chairs r designed to torture us. started doing those simple chair stretches every hour and bought a cheaper ergonomic cushion. helps a bit but still hurts when weather changes. just try not to ignore it before it gets worse. my dad had bad knees by 40 lol.

honestly i just bring the dumbbells and mat to the hotel room. moving around every two years means i never feel like lugging a gym bag across town. im homebody now. if i had it my way id do a quick 15 min session in the living room while the kids nap. saves me from dealing with crowded locker rooms and strangers trying to use my equipment. simple is best for me these days.

My skin was so bad too. I stopped using harsh scrubs. Now just simple routine. Cleanser, toner, moisturizer. In summer I use oil control in morning. At night I apply night cream. Consistency is key. Don’t buy expensive products. Simple things work best. Relax and give it time. My skin cleared up after 3 months. Patience is needed.

Our ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. Ngl, He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

ugh same here. i literally could not move after sitting through hours of teachers explaining why my son needs more support. my brain is completely fried and my spirit is low. im just gonna sit on the couch tonight in sweatpants and eat takeout. no cooking, no cleaning, just pure silence. if u need to vent about the exhaustion hit reply. we deserve a break after all that mental load.
