i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

At that age I just stopped playing along. He said one thing but did another so I just watched his actions. If he wanted to play games I clocked out. No more chasing or questioning. I kept my circle small and focused on my own peace. Love doesn’t mean stress, it means safety.

honestly i just squeeze it in when i can. work been crazy lately so some days i skip it entirely and thats fine. dont stress bout missing a day or two. my body needs rest too. if u get home late just do a quick stretch or walk around the block. dont let guilt eat u up. we all tired sometimes. just do what u can with whats left in the tank.

I walked away from the gym too. Water retention and cortisol are real messes. I started doing yoga in my living room instead. No mirrors, no scales, just moving. It took months to feel normal again. Your body is stressed, not broken. Give it peace, not punishment. Focus on how you sleep and eat. The weight will sort itself out when you stop fighting it.

omg same. i swear my ghost leggings are just trying to ruin my self image. i buy new pairs thinking theyll be flattering but they just make me look like a sausage casing. its wild how much money i waste on workout gear that makes me feel fat. idk why i keep doing this to myself. maybe ill just switch back to sweatpants and save some money instead of stressing over yoga pants that judge me.

Ugh, yeah that's so annoying. I swear, I usually just put my headphones on super loud and pretend I don't see them. Sometimes I even make eye contact and just hold it till they look away lol. Works pretty good for me.

omg same. i’ve been sitting at my desk all day and my feet look like puffy marshmallows. i keep taking off my shoes under the table at work. honestly i think its just the chicago heat or maybe i’m dehydrated. i started drinking like 4 gallons of water a day k ik its a lot but it helped a little. just chilling with em off tonight.

mine stays elevated for like 20 mins after heavy leg days. usually just chug water and walk around the house til it drops. if its still high after an hour i check my electrolytes. been doing this for years so i know my body pretty well. dont overthink it unless something feels off otherwise its just burnout or not enough carbs.
