yeah honestly same here. i used to feel like my heart was gonna explode after just walking up stairs, let alone running. now i do 5ks weekly but still pant like a crazy person. i just stop, drink water, and wait it out. its not pretty but you get used to the feeling. dont push too hard at first. maybe try walking intervals if running feels too much.

Honey honestly at 54 i am just so done. Lol, Kids are grown and i got my garden to tend to so that clock just stopped for me. My husband thinks im cold but nah im just tired. We watch tv and hold hands most nights and that is perfectly fine. Dont let nobody make you feel bad about needing rest instead of racking the barn. Peace is good too.

Honey dont try to force it. When im tired i just sit in my rocker for ten minutes and hold my rosary beads. No singing no chanting nothing. Sometimes i light one candle and just breathe. Thats enough. Spirit doesnt need a performance. Rest your legs. Youre doing fine even if u sit still all day. Love ya.

i drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.

yeah it is normal. i did the same trail last weekend and my quads were screaming for two days after. just walk around lightly to keep things moving. ice helps if it gets really sore. dont let it stop you, next time youll be stronger. i drank like three electrolyte drinks right after and slept the whole night. pain is part of the process lol.

stress drains the spirit first then the body feels it. i get that emptiness often. lately i just sit outside for 10 mins every morning no phone just watching birds or leaves move. helps reset my nervous system. also drinking more water and walking without headphones. sometimes we overthink when we just need to move or breathe. try stepping away from screens for an hour.

we moved 3 times last year. my husband thinks moving boxes is mans work but folding shirts is mine. i let the living room pile up. he complained once then carried the trash to curb himself. dont cook fancy food on day 1. order pizza. if house isnt perfect but kids are fed and beds are made thats win in my book. survival mode is real for immigrant moms.

Arey oye, change those socks daily beta! In India we say if you dont wash gym clothes separately, bacteria stays. Also maybe he needs better deodorant or shower more. Dont just complain, tell him directly to sort his hygiene. If he smells bad after one day, it is his problem not yours. Make him take responsibility for his own cleanliness. Simple as that.

I just soak in hot bath with epsom salts every night after leg day. For real, Helps so much. Also stretch super slow before sleeping. Don’t ignore the pain though. If it keeps hurting talk to doc. I got hurt once pushing too hard. Now I rest when I need to. Listen to body. Sometimes less is more.

Oh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.
