Need more women in my life
Quote from Donna1970 on July 31, 2023, 3:43 amnah i think three years is pretty standard for the hickey phase to fade lol. i stopped checking bumble religiously after six months anyway. now its just another utility app i open when i have nothing better to do. the novelty wore off much faster for me but i still swipe when im bored. dont overthink it. itll get mundane

Quote from Becky1992 on July 11, 2023, 7:18 ami just stopped buying snacks there entirely. the markup is insane like paying for the convenience not the food. i pack my own water and granola bars at home now. saves like twenty bucks a week easily. yeah its annoying but its way cheaper to just do it the old fashioned way. my students think i am cheap but my wallet says otherwise lol.

Quote from Alexis1989 on July 1, 2023, 7:01 amThat sounds like a lot of work. I keep my husband happy on weekends so I can sleep in during the week. We also have kids so weekends are basically for family time anyway. If he wants that much energy maybe he can focus on his own hobbies. Honestly I just want to rest too. My body gets tired from work and looking after the house.

Quote from Crimsonring on May 26, 2024, 12:32 pmhonestly yeah its normal. my husband does this all the time. he just needs space to recharge without talking. i figured it out early so now i just let him be. go do my own thing while he sits in his cave. once he comes out he talks again. dont take it personal. its just how he processes stuff. works for us.

Quote from Fireconquest on September 4, 2024, 4:57 pmI just bought a good foam roller and use it every night while watching tv. Also switched to walking on the treadmill instead of the sidewalk. The incline helps a lot with my joints. My knees still hurt but its better than before. Taking ibuprofen only when it really hurts.

Quote from TealtIN on September 5, 2024, 3:37 amOh honey it is real. I got diagnosed at 52 and my husband thought I was just getting old. Lord knows I ain't. I take my meds, stretch in the morning, and rest when my body screams. It’s a drag but you’re not crazy. Keep going sister.

Quote from Sweetlichen on April 6, 2024, 11:53 pmHonestly same here. Tbh, I train 4 days a week and nothing moves. But honestly started tracking protein strictly. Before I was eating carbs only. Now I make sure every meal has chicken or lentils. Also stopped skipping breakfast. My shaadi diet was full of sugar so body got used to it. Give it 2 months see if changes. Don't stress, happens to many of us here.
