Quote from sophia1978 on August 23, 2024, 1:33 amaaj kal ye sab common hai. me bhi shuru me pareshan hoti thi. par ab main apna time leti hoon. gym, friends, ya bas phone pe baithna. usko pehle se bata doon agar busy hu. ab wo samajhta hai ki mere bina nahi chalega. pressure nahi lena chahiye bhabhi. apna peace maintain karo.

Quote from MapleDream on April 24, 2024, 11:48 pmyeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Quote from Judith1970 on July 30, 2025, 1:39 pmman its awful. For real, i just gave him tylenol and laid him on the couch with extra blankets. then i set five alarms on my phone to check his temp while hes sleeping. if hes burning up by 4am i call out and just dont go in. better than trying to work with a sick kid at home. hope he breaks the fever soon.

Quote from brave1967 on January 4, 2025, 10:03 amOye girl same here omg. After those 3 hours meetings my knees feel like jelly seriously. I swear its the chair or just sitting too long. I literally stand up every 20 mins to stretch if I can. If not I just ice them later at home. Painkillers dont even help sometimes. Its super annoying but yeah normal for us. Take care of your self!

Quote from Jennifer on March 31, 2025, 2:41 amyeah it is normal. i did the same trail last weekend and my quads were screaming for two days after. just walk around lightly to keep things moving. ice helps if it gets really sore. dont let it stop you, next time youll be stronger. i drank like three electrolyte drinks right after and slept the whole night. pain is part of the process lol.

Quote from Countryroad1978 on January 3, 2026, 4:26 amHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from Bright2004 on May 17, 2026, 8:07 pmbasit, true feeling like garbage is not normal. I am 58 now, body pain starts after breakfast. But I walk in park every morning with chai in hand. Doctor says keep moving. Sar ka bhari pareshani? Forget it. Just eat good food and sleep well. No drama please. Life continues, we just have to adjust our chappal and keep walking.

Quote from Iris1980 on May 24, 2026, 7:05 ami just switched to a basic pharmacy brand cleanser and one moisturizer. Ngl, spend the rest of my budget on sunscreen. honestly my skin looks better when i stop overthinking it. the fancy serums were just making me break out from all the actives. keep it simple till it clears up. less is literally more. nobody needs eleven steps.

Quote from coppertally on July 8, 2025, 7:41 pmyeah that happens to me too when i sit all day at the diner. mine gets stiff as a board. i just stand up and walk around the kitchen for a bit or do some simple stretches by the sink. helps a lot. drink water too cuz dehydration makes it worse. mine still hurts sometimes but moving around gets it to loosen up eventually. dont worry about it too much

Quote from Rainbowchild1971 on April 30, 2025, 7:34 pmI just put my headphones on and ignore it. Tbh, Honestly half those people are probably looking at themselves anyway I do my thing and leave. I’ve been in three different bases so far this year so im used to feeling like the new kid everywhere. Just focus on your workout and try not to overthink it. People are usually more concerned with their own appearance than yours.
