Quote from True1976 on January 26, 2026, 5:28 pmnah man that sounds like purly weak abs or bad shoes fr. i used to get killed in the lower back til i started doing deadbugs every morning. also check your arch support. walking 3 miles on concrete with flat soles is gonna wreck u. i switch to my asics now and stretch my hip flexors right after. it helped so much.

Quote from Fieldstone on May 13, 2026, 9:43 pmhon i set clear boundaries day one. told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

Quote from Danielle2002 on February 11, 2026, 3:23 ami started walking in flip flops one summer and low back pain hit. switched to actual walking shoes with arch support and it stopped. also my old yorkie pulls like crazy so i got a harness instead of a collar. changed my walking spot to the flat park path instead of the hilly neighborhood streets. sometimes its just the shoes or the terrain being too uneven. hope that helps.

Quote from Sophia1968 on June 10, 2026, 5:08 pmfr same. i switched to just cerave cleanser and moisturizer only. stopped using all the fancy serums my tita kept telling me to buy. it took like a month to calm down but finally stopped burning my face. sometimes less is more honestly. also try changing your pillowcase every other day cause all that acne bacteria builds up.

Quote from Goldenheart1972 on May 13, 2025, 8:10 pmHoney i think you just got too much on your feet all at once. I swear, My back kills me after even ten minutes on the sidewalk now. I stretch like crazy when i get home and then just lie down with a heating pad on my lower back. Make sure your dog isn pulling you off balance too. Rest up.

Quote from Budspore on March 11, 2025, 5:55 amsame honestly. yesterday i just walked on the treadmill listening to a podcast for 20 mins then left. felt crazy not lifting but my brain was fried from work. sometimes my body just needs to move without trying to kill itself. dont be so hard on yourself. consistency beats intensity every time anyway.

Quote from ScarletBear on February 15, 2025, 1:36 pmugh tell me about it. i cant even sit down right bc my quads are screaming. took me three days to walk down the stairs after my last session and even that was a struggle. i just layed in bed and stared at the ceiling while my legs shook. but hey at least we look good doing it, right? ugh. seriously though hope it goes away by tomorrow.

Quote from Hazevista on October 26, 2025, 9:02 amI stopped playing detective when he started requesting space. If he needs to breathe he can do it outside our home. I packed his favorite mug and moved it to the shelf. Then I ordered takeout and watched a movie without checking my phone every five minutes. Peace is expensive but cheaper than anxiety. Now he texts me asking if we are okay. I just sent a thumbs up emoji and went back to work.
