My neighbor’s dog gave me life advice-and I’m taking it.
Quote from Victoria1976 on October 21, 2024, 7:31 pmYeah it’s awful. I’m 48 and just forgot my own nickname for the new dog. Three kids really fries you. I’ve started using a whiteboard by the door for important stuff just to keep my sanity. My ex used to joke about it but honestly it’s exhausting not knowing what day it is half the time. Just drink coffee and roll with it.

Quote from Sweet1991 on November 9, 2024, 2:41 pmnope not worth the extreme soreness but totally worth the strength gains. i lift four times a week mostly compound movements. yes it hurts for a day or two after back day but you get so strong so fast. the mirror dont lie when you see those shoulders pop out. just push through the initial discomfort. its temporary but the results stay. keep lifting sisters.

Quote from Happymoon1972 on April 22, 2024, 11:08 ammire, es pura verguenza ajena i miedo de ser judged. Me siento ridiula carrying 15lbs when everyone else lifts 50. Plus, my ego says i look strong but cant prove it. La primer week was brutal. Now just show up, grab the dumbbell, and ignore the gym bros staring. No hay drama, solo sudor. Si te da pena, hazlo en casa first.

Quote from amanda1986 on October 28, 2024, 7:32 pmomg unplug the wifi and throw his phone in the trash. Lol, do not let him in the house. if he is cheating he already told you who he is. i dont care if he begs or cries. you deserve better than this mess. block him everywhere and go stay at your bestie’s place. seriously just get out of that apartment right now. your mental health matters more than his cheap satisfaction. run dont walk.

Quote from Towertale on April 22, 2024, 4:40 pmHonestly same here. Ngl, I train 4 days a week and nothing moves. But honestly started tracking protein strictly. Before I was eating carbs only. Now I make sure every meal has chicken or lentils. Also stopped skipping breakfast. My shaadi diet was full of sugar so body got used to it. Give it 2 months see if changes. Don't stress, happens to many of us here.

Quote from Moonpresentation on September 7, 2024, 9:49 pmhoney don’t even panic. just call your local gym equipment repair shop. we use frank’s down on highway 9 and he’s honest as the day is long. if that thing is under warranty call the manufacturer first though. otherwise frank will probably come out tomorrow. bless his heart he charges fair rates. hope y’all get it fixed quick.

Quote from Sweetdawn1975 on September 19, 2024, 11:41 amI just keep a jump rope in my suitcase always. Once we land and unpack slightly, I do 10 mins a day in the living room. No gym membership drama. If we move again before three months, at least I stayed active. My back hates it but better than getting stiff on the plane or couch. Simple routine beats fancy equipment any day.

Quote from Anna1984 on August 13, 2025, 5:48 amI stopped swiping after two years because my thumb hurt more than my heart. Just dumped the apps last month. Started going to the feed store and talking to guys who buy grain. Met a nice fella last week, slow and steady. You dont need the dopamine hit. Real life is slower but better. Go touch grass instead.
