Yeah it’s super isolating. I just go in with huge noise cancelling headphones and try to invisibly blend into the background. My routine is strictly chest and back so i don’t have to interact with anyone. If someone accidentally bumps into my rack i just grunt and move away. id rather be home reading anyway lol. gym socializing feels forced and unnecessary. just power through and leave.

Honey I just started with walking. My knees dont allow for much else anyway. I put on my good shoes and go round the block after supper. That 15 minutes is better than nothing. Dont stress about weights or running, just get moving. My pastor says God gave us legs to use em so I do my part and let Him handle the rest. Yall keep at it.

I stopped sleeping next to someone who did that years ago. The noise kept me up all night and frankly the hygiene was gross. I am not interested in debating why he does it or trying to fix it with mouth tape. I need rest so I pack my pillow and take a nap elsewhere. If he cant snore quietly then he sleeps in the guest room. Simple as that.

I do the same thing lol. Hot water is sacred healing after dealing with kids and work all day. If he needs that reset time to just be quiet and clean, let him have it. I usually go in after him so the bathroom stays warm. Just enjoy your own peace while he’s in there. It’s not about control, it’s about survival.

honestly i just stop overthinking. when my divorce was final i called my brother and we went to mall. simple. first date i just went for chai with guy. no fancy dinner stress. if khana was bad or vibe off i left. no drama. just see what happens. dont plan whole life in one meeting. take it easy sis. sometimes bhaiya beta helps too for chaperone lol. keep it low pressure.

divorced two years ago after exactly this. he was exhausted, i was resentful, we both hated ourselves. now i have sex with myself whenever i want. no negotiations, no guilt. its honestly liberating. save yourself the argument. fill your own cup or step outside and find a community where people actually show up. dont wait for a tired man to fix your loneliness.

Same. After the kids hit toddlerhood it vanished. Husband thinks we just forget. I start chores so he sleeps. Honestly cant be bothered explaining again. We touch but thats it. My auntie says wait til they leave home. I just nod. Feel like roommates who share dna. Maybe thats normal now. Just tired.

i just buy the cheap weekly pill organizers from shopee. bulk buy them. sort everything on sunday night before bed. takes 10 mins but saves me so much stress during the week. especially when im traveling for work. just grab and go. no wondering if i took my vitamins or meds. simple routine saves sanity.

Yeah totally. For real, I used to say yes to everything and ended up burnt out before the season even started. Now I just ghost people who ask favors if theyre not close friends. Saves me so much mental energy. If they get mad they werent worth the hassle anyway. Focus is everything when you have real goals. No guilt allowed.

i feel u. mine does too lately. i just keep moving but low impact like walking or swimming. sometimes i just lie down and rest. no shame in that. im trying to eat less processed stuff but honestly sometimes i just eat whatever is easiest. its a grind but we get through it. hang in there.
