Quote from Christina1984 on February 27, 2025, 11:11 amgirls i get that too. not gonna lie i think its just sitting at work all day plus the heat. i started wearing compression socks n keeping my legs up when i watch tv at night. helps a lil bit but tbh its just annoying af. prob nothing serious but if it dont go down after a few days u should see a doc just to be safe. idk maybe drink more water too

Quote from Windinlet on May 21, 2026, 6:39 pmomg i feel u. Omg, honestly ive just stopped overcomplicating it. i wash my face with cetaphil, put on cerave moisturizer, and thats it. no fancy serums or masks. sometimes my skin just needs a break all the products. drink more water too because dehydration makes it worse for real. hang in there sis it gets better.

Quote from Sageweb on July 10, 2025, 2:55 amyeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

Quote from kayla1969 on September 6, 2026, 2:19 amhonestly same here. i’m twenty eight and honestly just so done with the performance aspect of it all. some nights i’d rather just cuddle or sleep. it’s not that i don’t love my partner but the pressure to be excited is exhausting. i feel like i’m constantly thinking about what’s next instead of just being in the moment. is everyone else this checked out or am i just crazy

Quote from crimsonlegend on July 8, 2025, 6:11 amSame here honestly. Honestly, After 2 kids, my energy is basically zero after work. I dont even think about it most days. We just sleep next to each other and thats it. Sometimes we try but im too tired so i say no. It has been like this for years now. I guess it is normal for us moms. My husband understands mostly but sometimes gets quiet about it.

Quote from Amy1990 on March 13, 2025, 5:47 pmHonestly same. That humidity gets to me every single night. I stopped trying to fight it and just bought those gel cooling pads for the mattress. Works a little better than flipping sheets. Also keep a damp washcloth by the bed and rotate it in the freezer. Not glamorous but it helps me get maybe six hours. Good luck out there.

Quote from Sweety1982 on June 13, 2026, 9:44 pmSame. I feel like I’m running on fumes mostly. I’ve started drinking way more water and forcing myself to put my phone away an hour before bed. It helps a bit but honestly I think it’s just burnout from work and life in general. I’m not even that old yet but I definitely feel it in my bones lol.

Quote from Windbrass on July 12, 2026, 8:33 pmnah its supposed to feel like work lol. im 38 and i hate cardio so every step on the treadmill is a struggle. i just go because my doctor said i need to keep my blood pressure down. its not fun but its necessary. i treat it like my daily chores, just gotta get it done so i can sit around later without feeling guilty.

Quote from Joyce1969 on November 25, 2025, 11:49 amSame. I just walk fast around my neighborhood after clase. No gym, no counting macros, no expensive supplements. Just me and my thoughts. Sometimes I lift heavy boxes at work and thats enough resistance for me. I drink water and try to sleep 7 hours. If I feel like moving, I dance to bad bops in my room. Its not pretty but it keeps me sane. Why overcomplicate it when simply staying alive already takes so much effort?

Quote from blueecho on March 12, 2026, 8:40 ami used to pay for one of those apps but stopped after a year. honestly the ads were more stressful than the calm sounds. now i just sit in my garden or listen to birds from the porch. doesnt cost a dime and feels just as peaceful. maybe we just need quiet time without the fancy tech telling us how to breathe.
