My boo ghosted me for ‘not being low, key enough’
Quote from Hazelgrove on September 30, 2024, 6:12 pmyeah it is. i limit how many things i say yes to now. last week i just told a parent i cant help with their child after hours. felt so weird saying no but did it anyway. im done carrying everyone else emotional baggage while grading papers. just doing the bare minimum for anyone who isnt my immediate family these days.

Quote from Mossemblem on September 7, 2024, 9:49 pmugh seriously my husband did the exact same thing last week after we moved to germany. i told him to take a hike because his mum lives three time zones away and i am not her. i cook what i want what happens and if he doesnt like it he can figure it out himself. honestly the constant moving makes me too tired to stress over replicating some random meal his brain is fixated on anyway. just keep doing you.

Quote from ScarletBird on May 20, 2024, 9:05 amUgh, yeah that's so annoying. I usually just put my headphones on super loud and pretend I don't see them. Sometimes I even make eye contact and just hold it till they look away lol. Works pretty good for me.

Quote from bloomequivalence on March 18, 2024, 8:36 pmfr fr nothing irritates me more. i just wear oversized hoodies and huge headphones to block out the world. if a guy gets too close i make direct eye contact until he looks away. most of them are too dumb to keep it up. also dont be afraid to call them out if they get creepy. safety first but dont let them ruin your workout vibe

Quote from Misthollow on July 27, 2024, 3:42 pmbasit, true feeling like garbage is not normal. I am 58 now, body pain starts after breakfast. But I walk in park every morning with chai in hand. Doctor says keep moving. Sar ka bhari pareshani? Forget it. Just eat good food and sleep well. No drama please. Life continues, we just have to adjust our chappal and keep walking.

Quote from User4894 on May 30, 2025, 8:17 amdamn that is so disrespectful. i would literally throw his phone across the room right then and there. i dont even care if he says he didnt talk to her. the fact that he matched is the betrayal. i would pack a bag and leave that night. zero tolerance for that kind of shady behavior. hope you have the strength to walk away because thats not love.

Quote from Bright1982 on February 27, 2025, 11:17 ami literally just stopped asking him to do anything. if i need something done i do it myself or hire a babysitter for an hour. my sanity is worth more than his participation. dont wait around for him to step up he wont. lower your expectations to zero and stop explaining what you need. it just saves everyone the drama.

Quote from mauvewar on August 13, 2025, 5:48 amSame here. Since getting older my knees are complaining loudly. I stopped doing strict fasts or keeping long padavrat because it puts too much pressure on joints. Now I just do light yoga and take calcium supplements regularly. My daadi used to say joint pain is common but I didnt take it seriously until mine started hurting. Its not romantic suffering. Just eating well and resting is enough for me now.

Quote from Goldenheart1971 on August 13, 2025, 5:48 amSame here honestly. Tbh, After 2 kids, my energy is basically zero after work. I dont even think about it most days. We just sleep next to each other and thats it. Sometimes we try but im too tired so i say no. It has been like this for years now. I guess it is normal for us moms. My husband understands mostly but sometimes gets quiet about it.
