i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

yeah its normal. muscles you dont use everyday gonna hurt. i soak in epsom salts every night. helps the ache go down. also stretch before bed. dont push through it next time or youll sprain something. drink lots of water too. dehydration makes it worse. rest up姐妹.

honestly just grab coffee. keeps it low pressure and cheap. i text that i’m heading to starbucks and if they wanna join cool. if not whatever. no big fancy dinners where you’re stuck for hours if it’s a vibe mismatch. keeps it simple. don’t overthink it bro.

i used to pay for one of those apps but stopped after a year. honestly the ads were more stressful than the calm sounds. now i just sit in my garden or listen to birds from the porch. doesnt cost a dime and feels just as peaceful. maybe we just need quiet time without the fancy tech telling us how to breathe.

same honestly. yesterday i just walked on the treadmill listening to a podcast for 20 mins then left. felt crazy not lifting but my brain was fried from work. sometimes my body just needs to move without trying to kill itself. dont be so hard on yourself. consistency beats intensity every time anyway.

honestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.

I don’t deal with that nonsense. Tbh, If my husband speaks to me with disrespect, I shut it down right then. I tell him I’m not accepting that tone and I’m walking away until he can speak properly. You aren’t too sensitive, you just have standards. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking his bad behavior is your problem. Walk away if he won’t change.

fr that sounds exhausting. i had a phase like that too but refused to sit in the discomfort. started leaving notes on the counter just stating what i needed that night straight up. took the pressure off having a convo but still communicated my needs. if he still wont talk then u gotta decide if u wanna stay lonely or find intimacy elsewhere. my husband had to step up quick or i was out.

my husband is the same way. we just sit watch tv and hold hands. he says its enough to feel close. i tried talking more but he gets shut down. so now i just lean into it. sometimes silence is better than fake words. dont force convo if hes not there. just sit with him. it works for us even if it feels weird at first. trust the quiet.

omg girl same here. I used to hate going solo too but now its my sacred time. I just put on my 90s salsa playlist and pretend the instructor is singing to me. It’s weirdly motivating. Plus no awkward small talk with neighbors who know my business. Just me and the mat vibes. Te entendi, is hard but once you get into it, nada can stop you.
