Honestly yeah. Im a serial snorer and post, divorce life is exhausting. Last time it happened my date laughed and covered me with the duvet. We ordered pizza instead. At this point honest is better than faking it. If they cant handle you being tired maybe they arent the one. Just roll with it.

ugh tell me about it. i cant even sit down right bc my quads are screaming. took me three days to walk down the stairs after my last session and even that was a struggle. i just layed in bed and stared at the ceiling while my legs shook. but hey at least we look good doing it, right? ugh. seriously though hope it goes away by tomorrow.

i get this too. even when i sleep eight or nine hours, my jaw just drops. it’s annoying. i usually just push through it because it’s socially awkward to keep yawning. sometimes i drink an extra cup of coffee to feel awake but honestly it’s just a weird habit for me now. i don’t think i do anything specific to fix it. just ignore it.

desi mama here. totally get it. gym culture is so aggressive. i also feel bad when ppl standing near me. so now i wear big headphones and listen to old school bollywood songs. focuses my mind. also go to 6 am slot when empty. dont worry, u not strange. just take deep breaths. it will pass. drink water too.

I pulled the plug on that nonsense years ago. If he says i am too sensitive while tossing out garbage, he gets told to take a hike. No explaining, no crying, just leaving the room. My peace is worth more than his ego. I dont waste breath arguing with someone who refuses to see reality. Y’all deserve better than walking on eggshells.

i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

omg sis no you ain’t fd. i literally passed out in the squat rack once. it was embarrassing as hell but my heart just couldn’t keep up with the hype man in my head. just drink water, sit down, and breathe. nobody cares about you as much as you think they do. we all clowns in there anyway. take your time.

Same here. My husband also takes forever. I just put on noise cancelling headphones and listen to music. Or I do my own skincare routine downstairs. No point waiting. Let him take his time. I make chai for myself and relax. It is better than sitting there angry. You learn to manage it. Just ignore the shower sound and focus on yourself. Works for me most days.

yeah it is definitely just you lol. my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

dont miss it. i am 46 and my husband and i have been together 20 years. we stopped doing all that fake excitement years ago. now we just chill. watch tv, eat good food, talk about bills. it is peaceful. the honeymoon phase is exhausting. you spend all your energy trying to impress someone. i rather be comfortable and know he is not going anywhere. save your energy for yourself.
