Yeah it’s awful. I’m 48 and just forgot my own nickname for the new dog. Three kids really fries you. I’ve started using a whiteboard by the door for important stuff just to keep my sanity. My ex used to joke about it but honestly it’s exhausting not knowing what day it is half the time. Just drink coffee and roll with it.

my mom makes that stuff all the time and idk if its actually bad for u. i drink it when im craving something sweet but trya cut back on the sugar. i just started checking my own numbers cuz my doctor said my borderline is getting worse. maybe swap the sugar for stevia next time she makes a batch

I feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

I just keep a jump rope in my suitcase always. Once we land and unpack slightly, I do 10 mins a day in the living room. No gym membership drama. If we move again before three months, at least I stayed active. My back hates it but better than getting stiff on the plane or couch. Simple routine beats fancy equipment any day.

im a mil spouse so we moved 4 times in 3 years. my prs never got stuck, they just vanished because i had no stable gym or consistent routine. i focused on mastering slow perfect reps with whatever weight i could carry in my duffel bag. consistency over intensity when life is chaotic. dont expect linear progress when ur environment keeps changing.

Honestly yes. I immigrated here ten years ago and still hate treadmills. My wife makes me do 30 mins but I look forward to it like going to dentist. After 20 mins my legs are jelly. Maybe try walking on incline first. Or just walk outside in neighborhood. Less boring anyway. We are all tired from life already dont push too hard.

I just soak in hot bath with epsom salts every night after leg day. Helps so much. Also stretch super slow before sleeping. Don’t ignore the pain though. If it keeps hurting talk to doc. I got hurt once pushing too hard. Now I rest when I need to. Listen to body. Sometimes less is more.

yeah that happens to me too when i sit all day at the diner. mine gets stiff as a board. i just stand up and walk around the kitchen for a bit or do some simple stretches by the sink. helps a lot. drink water too cuz dehydration makes it worse. mine still hurts sometimes but moving around gets it to loosen up eventually. dont worry about it too much

honestly i just squeeze it in when i can. work been crazy lately so some days i skip it entirely and thats fine. dont stress bout missing a day or two. my body needs rest too. if u get home late just do a quick stretch or walk around the block. dont let guilt eat u up. we all tired sometimes. just do what u can with whats left in the tank.

hey girl same here. my doc said everything is fine but i still feel like i got dragged through a rug every morning. just take it easy on yourself. maybe eat some more fish and rest. dont force urself to do too much. we all know how hard it is but ur body needs time. hope u get some rest soon. big hug to u.
