mija he is straight up giving you the cold shoulder and trying to gaslight u. when my ex got distant i stopped chasing. u r not overthinking u r reacting to his lack of effort. keep living ur life. if he wants to be close he will step up. dont waste ur energy on someone who stays away. stay strong.

my husband used to say the same thing back in our twenties. Tbh, i just stopped asking him what he wanted for dinner and started making whatever i felt like eating. he either eats it or he makes his own. honestly it’s been way less stressful since i stopped trying to recreate my mom’s exact recipes. my food is just mine now.

same thing happen to me fr. i just started doing light stretching at home instead of going to the gym. less pressure and i dont have to deal w people staring. also try listening to loud music while u move it helps drown out the noise in my head. dont be too hard on urself. its a journey for real.

I just go to the shed and sit for ten minutes. For real, Doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold, I need that silence. My husband stops by to yell at me about chores sometimes but I just ignore him till he leaves. Tells him if he wants peace, he needs to mind his own business. We’re in a small house so boundaries are tough but I don’t let him make me feel crazy for needing a break.

i do the same thing. spent months hating him for taking over all the chores and now i miss having company at dinner. its weird but true. the silence in my empty house is louder than our arguments ever were. just started cooking for two again out of habit then catching myself lol.

honestly its just me and definitely not just you. im mixed race and living in chicago with zero patience for dating games so my sex life is basically non existent right now. im too anxious to even text men back consistently let alone plan dates. just scrolling tiktok and overthinking every interaction instead of actually doing anything. my libido is low bc my brain is in fight or flight mode all the time.

honestly i just ignore the suck. Omg, ive been lifting alone for two years now since the divorce. some days i barely survive the set but i show up anyway. my knees hurt and i feel like a grandma but seeing the weight go up keeps me sane. its not about being strong its about doing it when you dont want to. thats the only win that matters right now.
