Quote from Lori1970 on November 30, 2021, 7:42 pmlol same. i literally had to drag myself outta bed bc my phone was nagging me. felt like violence tbh. ended up just walking around the block once and calling it done. some days the body just says no and i respect that. guilt is real but so is exhaustion. im definitely restin instead of forcing it today. hope ur ok tho.

Quote from dani2000 on October 21, 2021, 3:22 pmsister no u not lazy. i hit that wall hard last year. felt like carrying the world but had zero energy left. i stopped trying to do it all and just did the bare minimum for a while. let dishes pile up, ordered takeout, went to bed early. ur body is screaming for rest not more punishment. take the day off. truly.

Quote from rosebrand on July 17, 2021, 1:20 amOur ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

Quote from Beverly1993 on April 4, 2021, 2:49 amomg i feel u. honestly ive just stopped overcomplicating it. i wash my face with cetaphil, put on cerave moisturizer, and thats it. no fancy serums or masks. sometimes my skin just needs a break all the products. drink more water too because dehydration makes it worse for real. hang in there sis it gets better.

Quote from ridgesilt on October 11, 2021, 2:57 amI stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

Quote from diane1984 on October 4, 2022, 7:41 amhonestly yeah its normal. Ngl, my husband does this all the time. he just needs space to recharge without talking. i figured it out early so now i just let him be. go do my own thing while he sits in his cave. once he comes out he talks again. dont take it personal. its just how he processes stuff. works for us.

Quote from honeybee1984 on May 16, 2022, 2:43 pmHonestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

Quote from Boldriver1966 on May 28, 2022, 6:17 amnah its supposed to feel like work lol. im 38 and i hate cardio so every step on the treadmill is a struggle. i just go because my doctor said i need to keep my blood pressure down. its not fun but its necessary. i treat it like my daily chores, just gotta get it done so i can sit around later without feeling guilty.
