lactic acid buildup feels like death is anyone else this sore
Quote from Dellsoul on September 10, 2019, 1:22 pmI ran ten miles this morning at 5 am. It was freezing and I wore the same socks I bought at Target last year. Now my quads feel like they are filled with hot lead. I could not walk down the stairs to check on the dog. My husband laughed and offered to carry me but I told him to shut up. I drank two Gatorades and ate a banana but it did not help. My muscles are so tight I cannot even lift my toddler when she asks to be held. Is this normal for a interval training session or did I push too hard again. I bought the expensive recovery cream from Whole Foods yesterday for eighteen dollars and it smells weird. Do you take magnesium pills after hard runs or just stretch until you cry.

Quote from oceanwaves2003 on December 15, 2020, 4:28 amit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

Quote from Softlakeside1968 on July 22, 2020, 4:52 pmi just switched to a basic pharmacy brand cleanser and one moisturizer. spend the rest of my budget on sunscreen. honestly my skin looks better when i stop overthinking it. the fancy serums were just making me break out from all the actives. keep it simple till it clears up. less is literally more. nobody needs eleven steps.

Quote from wildflower2001 on June 24, 2021, 7:48 pmit is definitely worse. i stopped swiping last month because every guy under 40 wants a baby mama who cooks kabsa and cleans his house. i just want someone who pays half the rent and doesnt talk about crypto. honestly its better hanging out with my uncles at the weekend mall than dealing with these weird men. tired of explaining basic respect.
