I literally sprint into the locker room and close my eyes for 60 sec. Heart rate spikes just thinking about people watching. My trick is noise cancelling headphones and ignoring everyone. Once i start moving the panic fades. Just zone out. dont look at mirrors. keep it simple. u got this but yeah the walk in is the hardest part.

Yeah totally. We just moved last month so I’m already running on fumes. Trying to settle in while keeping up with coursework is brutal. Im usually asleep by eight if I dont have a late class. My husband is deployed so its just me and the kids right now. Some days I just blank stare at the screen wondering how anyone keeps going. Coffee helps but only for about an hour.

honestly same vibe. my man keeps pushing stuff i just do not have energy for anymore. i told him straight up that i am tapped out. sometimes you just gotta say no to the new thing and protect your peace. i spent last weekend just sitting by the river refreshing myself. if you do not want it, do not do it. boundaries save marriages. he needs to accept where you are at right now.

i dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Mire. Same here. Yesterday i was walking to get coffee and out of nowhere i started power walking like my life depended on it. No one was chasing me but i felt like it. Then i got home and just collapsed on the couch. I think its just the caffeine or maybe im losing my mind lol. Definitely need a siesta after these random bursts of energy. So confusing.

Honey I just started with walking. I swear, My knees dont allow for much else anyway. I put on my good shoes and go round the block after supper. That 15 minutes is better than nothing. Dont stress about weights or running, just get moving. My pastor says God gave us legs to use em so I do my part and let Him handle the rest. Yall keep at it.

i totally get it honestly. Ngl, sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

i use heating pads and witch hazel compresses when the pain gets bad. Lol, also trying to walk barefoot on grass helps ground me and loosen up my joints. my grandma taught me to rub warm olive oil mixed with clove oil into the knees before bed. it’s not a cure but it takes the edge off without numbing me out. keep moving gentle don’t let it sit still too long.

I don’t deal with that nonsense. If my husband speaks to me with disrespect, I shut it down right then. I tell him I’m not accepting that tone and I’m walking away until he can speak properly. You aren’t too sensitive, you just have standards. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking his bad behavior is your problem. Walk away if he won’t change.

it is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?
