is it normal to be tired of the sex at my age??
Quote from crystal1969 on May 22, 2022, 5:06 pmyeah it’s definitely worse. Honestly, i’m 29 and the dating apps feel like a part time job i hate. half the guys here in chicago are either looking for a hookup or still acting like they’re in college. the other half are married but won’t admit it. i’m tired of explaining that having a career and boundaries doesn’t mean i’m high maintenance. honestly i’d rather just stay in and order pad thai. the ratio of decent men to available women feels completely off right now and i’m over pretending otherwise.

Quote from Elmwall on May 22, 2022, 5:06 pmyeah it is normal. i did the same trail last weekend and my quads were screaming for two days after. just walk around lightly to keep things moving. ice helps if it gets really sore. dont let it stop you, next time youll be stronger. i drank like three electrolyte drinks right after and slept the whole night. pain is part of the process lol.

Quote from goldenheart1969 on June 21, 2022, 2:19 pmok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.

Quote from Sweet2003 on May 12, 2022, 7:22 amI just throw a load of laundry in and call it a day. My husband complains but he never helps so I just ignore him. I’m black and white but mostly exhausted from moving every two years. Chicago winters are brutal enough without stressing over dust bunnies. I eat cereal on the counter while boxes sit in the living room. If he wants it perfect he can clean it himself. I’m too tired to care rn.

Quote from rosepace on July 4, 2022, 3:33 amI don’t play that game. If he leaves it, I let it rot. Seriously. I won’t pick up after an grown man acting like a child. I just move my cleaning supplies away from the sink and let him deal with the mess himself. He figures it out quick when he has no clean pans for coffee. Boundaries keep me sane.

Quote from Fogdeparture on May 3, 2022, 10:12 pmYeah it is exhausting. I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.

Quote from Becky1981 on February 14, 2022, 12:51 amHonestly same here. I train 4 days a week and nothing moves. But honestly started tracking protein strictly. Before I was eating carbs only. Now I make sure every meal has chicken or lentils. Also stopped skipping breakfast. My shaadi diet was full of sugar so body got used to it. Give it 2 months see if changes. Don't stress, happens to many of us here.

Quote from azuresky on June 19, 2022, 4:27 ami feel that. my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。

Quote from JadeValley on April 13, 2022, 7:36 amaaj kal ye sab common hai. For real, me bhi shuru me pareshan hoti thi. par ab main apna time leti hoon. gym, friends, ya bas phone pe baithna. usko pehle se bata doon agar busy hu. ab wo samajhta hai ki mere bina nahi chalega. pressure nahi lena chahiye bhabhi. apna peace maintain karo.
