Quote from Margaret1973 on August 6, 2026, 1:32 amI get this too yall. Even when i sleep like 9 hours. My husband says i yawn so loud it wakes him up. I just drink a big glass of cold water and stretch my arms out high. Sometimes i take a quick 10 minute nap in the afternoon too. No big fix just live with it. Hope you feel better soon dear.

Quote from Scaleweir on June 4, 2026, 9:51 pmI dont even try anymore. After watching my grandkids all day im drained. I used to feel guilty but now i just stretch in the living room while watching TV. Its enough movement for me honestly. If they are napping i might do some light yoga but thats it. Total surrender to the couch is the best plan.

Quote from dreamgate on December 4, 2025, 11:14 amFibro is real dont let anyone tell u otherwise. I got diagnosed three years ago. Woke up one morning and couldnt get out of bed. Docs acted like it was all in my head at first too. Now i just manage the flares. Take ur meds, rest when u need to, and stop blaming urself. Age has nothing to do with it. Its a nerve thing. Stay strong sister.

Quote from Warm1978 on June 23, 2026, 6:02 pmsick days are a myth for most of us; im pushing through the body aches right now because rent doesnt pause. just chugging electrolytes and taking ibuprofen every six hours like clockwork; if i feel feverish at work i step out to the parking lot to cool down. its not ideal but it keeps the check coming in; survive one day at a time.

Quote from Sweetsand on March 26, 2026, 4:58 amI just bought a good foam roller and use it every night while watching tv. Also switched to walking on the treadmill instead of the sidewalk. The incline helps a lot with my joints. My knees still hurt but its better than before. Taking ibuprofen only when it really hurts.

Quote from Maplehistory on March 7, 2026, 4:18 amOMG girl same. Mi ankles are huge lately. I think is just the heat or how much I stand all day. Yo mama told me to keep elevating mi pies when resting. Also check if your shoes give u proper support. No es normal pero tampoco es el fin del mundo. Drink more water too because dehydration makes swelling worse. Hope u feel better soon amiga.

Quote from wisehillside1988 on August 9, 2026, 12:18 pmdivorced two years ago after exactly this. he was exhausted, i was resentful, we both hated ourselves. now i have sex with myself whenever i want. no negotiations, no guilt. its honestly liberating. save yourself the argument. fill your own cup or step outside and find a community where people actually show up. dont wait for a tired man to fix your loneliness.
